It only works on cards still in your deck when it's played, so by the time you play you've drawn minimum 9 cards. If you include bad cards in your deck because this legendary you have to draw and play is in your deck, you're going to playing bad cards. It also has no impact on the board the turn you play it, so you could just play it and die.

I think it's possible there are decks you could put it in, but you're not building a deck around this because it's going to lose you the game.

yea you're not going to want to load your deck with bad cards. But you might squeeze in 1 or 2 just for the chance of hitting big, or if it has an effect that's already decent.
There are a lot of other cards that I excluded just because they wouldn't have as much an impact.

The top 9 cards (maybe excluding Corridor Creeper / Doomsayer / Ysera), are already playable and only serve to benefit more. I see 4-5 different "Priest" decks you could try: Dragon, Spiteful, Lyra/Elemental, Deathrattle... and each flavor has cards that can benefit from her.

I was close to adding it, but then I'd have to add Mastadon and Ultrasaur, I was mainly looking at minions with effects, or large attack to health ratios. I'm not even sure the Sleepy Dragon would be worthwhile since a Ysera card is much better than a 9 mana vanilla taunt minion.

I see plenty of benefit from her in a Control Dragon Deck. She makes every card better save for the 3/3 dragon. It is a shame she does not have Taunt or life gain or something else but she is still a good card. Having an 8/8 Obsidian is a nice way to get life back. She will see play.

The Warlock Legendary is better. THAT card is going to be nuts.

Lady in White will be played in 99% of priest decks imo. 3/3 1 drop that allows draws? yes please. 3/3 2 drop that discovers a dragon? Yes please. 4/4 3 drop that adds 3 health? Yes please. And on and on and on.

The 1/3 that discovers dragons and Drakonid Operative are rotating. Lady in White is basically Rin 2.0, it's a control killer. It's not good against aggro or midrange as the game will be decided before you get much value out of it.

I forsee priest aggro decks with keleseth and lady in white. At the very least, if you run doomsayers, you will run lady.

Actually, I can already see a deathrattle deck with Lady in White...With a ton of those 0/3, 0/2, etc guys that deathrattle into 5/5s. Nothing will be better than aggro decks though...I see this as being a heavy aggro meta...When it isn't it?

Duskhaven... coin out 5/2 stealth turn 2, what...... but if you hold it opening hand, without coin, can't get the 5/2 in play till turn 4.
Definitely a high roll cancer card, can't see it played elsewhere

Chameleos could be fun but I am not as sure about competitive. Rogue could use it. Too bad it does not trigger Mage quest. At first glance it seems really powerful until you recognize it is a dead draw late game. That being said, the hunter's ability to draw out 1 cost minions might make that card interesting.
