You mean playing against them? Depends, can be at times when they just keep going for face and you're not getting your shit to stop them especially since their hero power still lets them do face dmg even when you do get shit up.

One thing is for sure, I really want to craft a Geddon. Getting swarmed down by a couple different decks right now.

Went from 4-8 today. Pretty epic.

Yeah I meant no one bought anything with gold/dust, and just progressed with the cards you make from getting level 10-60.
I don't think that has been done yet, or is even possible without grinding your class up to 60 to get all the free class cards.

The f2p is only as impressive as the time you spent to do it. Lower time = more impressive
You only get golden versions of cards past level 10. If you get every class to 10, you've unlocked every basic card. I think a 100% basic cards deck could get to legend, it'd just be incredibly time consuming.

I don't know, Amaz doing a f2p Priest is impressive as hell even if it took him 36 hours of play time.

36 seems pretty good. I thought Trump was pushing 60 for his f2p Mage. He got shaman and warlock relatively quickly since they are cheap decks, but it seems like he was grinding mage forever.

Anyone know of good shaman decks that at least high rank or legends? Or there's no such thing?

Shaman is always good at the higher ranks, because it matches up well vs Druid and Handlock, which start to show up pretty consistently around rank 5.

There's the crusher shaman deck too, with like ancestral healing/recall and earth elem/injured blademaster and shit like that.

Edit: Made a US account to get classes unlocked for Naxx. Get Jaraxxus in first pack. Mixed feelings, but guess I'll play warlock.

ITT, people who have never played a CCG before bitching about aggro.

Aggro keeps a format (or meta in this case) honest and without it every deck would be big stupid piles of the "best" cards all playing for the super long game.

It's not just that. A lot of the people who bitch about a certain deck/decks aren't even serious enough to track their matches, so are just bitching without any real data. Yeah sure, Zoo gives the deck I'm laddering with right now (coldlight rogue) a hard time (~25% win rate). On the surface, that seems awful and I should be nerd raging and going to hearthpwn to make lots of retarded nerf threads.

The thing is, I actually track my games so I know that I only see Zoo about 16% of my total matches and it isn't even my worst matchup anyway.

Moral of the story: if you're actually trying to improve at Hearthstone and you aren't tracking your matches, you're 1) denying yourself the data you need to improve 2) probably have a lot of poorly thought out ideas about what cards/decks ought to be nerfed.

To be fair, aggro in MTG is **completely** different than aggro in HS. The mechanics alone ensure that.

As long as the only blockers are taunts and there is no blocker's choice *and* no instants or responses, I have to think aggression will be over-valued in HS.

Ugh. Playing against a stall mage is the worst.
Control Warrior has no problems with Freeze Mage at all. Ramp Druid also does pretty well too. I love getting hit by Alexstrasza and only have 29 health left afterward with all my stacked armor.

Is there anything to help track that data?
