Sapphiron was the one that took me eighty hundred trillion tries to kill. You need a perfect draw on some of those heroics.
By the way, just fyi, there is a way to beat all of them, even on heroic, with nothing but basic cards. I beat heroic Gluth with a basic deck after all the fanciness had failed me.

Honestly the other ones weren't that hard for me outside of two or three maybe. But this guy is eating my lunch.
Went from rank 15 to rank 11 without losing a single game with a mostly mech build mage. Spare parts + antonidas is pretty sweet

You should be able to google decks for every boss, like Angry said there is literally a basic deck for every heroic boss. Also like he said for almost every heroic boss you need perfect draw or you just loose (a couple you need perfect draw and for them to not draw a certain card). Shit's infuriating sometimes but heroics not required, just get a card back but you can work on piecemeal.
Just think of it as an exercise in deck building. You should be tweaking your deck a lot to pull out the win. Also you can decide there are certain cards you really need at the start, feel free to mulligan for them and then concede and reload if you don't get them. None of the heroics took me more than three tries and it really helps to have the right attitude about them.

The key to winning the Heroics is roughly equivalent to your patience on not quitting on turn 1. If you don't have the right hand, just quit. It's okay. You are playing against a computer that expects you to not be efficient. So... be efficient. Draw hands, ad infinitum, until you get what you need. Then... go for it.

That's why I gave up on them. Not worth it to me to quit every time I don't get the perfect starting hand (which isn't even a total guarantee of a win anyway) and have to slog back through the menus and start over just to hope I get that perfect draw again. There's plenty of proven deck strats out there for each boss but you're still hamstrung by hoping for that perfect draw. Unless GvG trivialized it somehow, which I doubt. If they get easy at some point due to an expansion I'd go knock them out, but as it stands I'd rather spend my time playing the actual game rather than beating those stupid gimmicks.
Finally killed this fucker with a Priest deck. Finally can die happy.

What priest deck did you use? I figured antique healbot would help make the KT fight easier but haven't tried it yet.

Speaking of Antique Healbot, I played a warlock who used him 5 times in a match with the help of Brewmaster cards.
