I think the personality that gravitates towards Valla is just a toxic player in general. Very rarely will you see the tank or support be the one spewing bile it always seems to be the damage dealer.

And yeah since she requires a certain amount of positioning you can get a Valla on your team who's #1 enjoyment in life is being out of position and crushed. Then complain about how it is the teams fault no one backed her up.

I just tried Nova for the first time. Wow I do not like her at all.

So ya, 3 warriors on a team is a death sentence to lose. Might as well camp fountain if that happens.

I still notice a trend where the more range damage characters your team has, the better chance you are going to win the match. Last night I got the team of sylvanus, raynor, valla, jaina, and zagara. The other team had a healer and tank and was balanced, but we completely obliterated them. Their tank couldn't even get in close to us without dying instantly.

Really depends on the match up you get. Some matches with her suck noodles, but then you get those games where you just destroy dudes all day and it's just fantastic.

I have 58 games played with Valla and 9 losses. I rarely talk in game because I'm too busy wrecking...

Yea I have ~60% win rate with valla not quite as good as your ~85% but not bad

I feel like he got left behind as the other supports got tuned up. His moonfire feels really anemic these days, his heal takes a long time to kick in, and the root is nothing to write home about. I think at one point he was pretty great but now people would generally rather play tyrande/uther/rehgar

Yea I really don't like Malf, I think he is way inferior to the other healers but I admittedly don't have a lot of experience with him.

It seems twitch viewership of HotS has spiked up pretty significantly since the latest patch. Not entirely sure why. Probably easier access to the beta. It is 9 EST and ZPs is streaming to 650 people. Even a few months ago it wasn't uncommon for his numbers to be more around 100.

I'd guess it's bc of Heroes of the Dorm, college people looking to get better at the game through watching streams?

I personally haven't been playing or watching much in the past 2 weeks, but the nice thing about this game (well, any multiplayer game, really) is that I can just hop in whenever.

Yeah I haven't played much recently. Between SC2 and D3's resets basically at the same time they're consuming most of my game/view time. Though since I've completely stopped doing QM and really only play hero I find the game enjoyable again. Except I almost always play warrior it seems and it is by far my worst role.

Whats you guys experience with Illidan? I find him a blast to play and is awsome at ''closing the deal'' on heroes who would otherwise make it out and run from a fight.
I did maybe around a hundred games on him and his heroe dammage is actually quite low compared to other assasins. Even specialists like Sylv / Zag normally end above me. Am guessing thats his play style tho and not something wrong on my end. That result is just too common.

His speed and map control is saaaaweet tho.
