I think it makes sense because they want the mage archetype to suck at AD and excel at AP. But like I said above the game currently favors AP.I think the changes are okay, but it is kinda weird that they're making Jaina more bursty. No changes to Li-Ming is kind of a wtf, but they're still working her apparently. Minor nerfs to Rehgar should make him less godlike.

I think fundamental changes would have to be made. Right now APC are basically erasers. At the very worst you're going to trade 1:1. So now an APC can jump on someone, erase them and back and you're now in a 4v5 scenario. Since the game favors deathballing and everyone being grouped I can't think of a reason you wouldn't want to grab an APC and just blow someone up. But I guess I could see a future where auto attack assassins are favored over mages for prolonged objectives like Battlefield of Eternity?
You would need to make Calamity @ 7 reduce the cooldown by like 10 or 11 seconds if they did this otherwise her teleport build is complete trash.Li-ming nerf's will help a little.. but not much. IMO, they need to reduce the range on everything. She does too much damage with 100% safety. Also, increase teleport cool-down to like 15 seconds with some talent to lower it.
