I enjoy KT more now than before, and I think he's just as strong if not stronger. Chain bombs just do so much fucking damage, especially if that shit goes off in a creep wave. The extra W damage really does help early game. Being a real threat with D+W, E, Q, W is some good shit. Plus I really love blowing people up with Pyroblast.
I definitely don't think he is stronger, but he's still viable. He seems to average around 50k+ now, instead of the 100k+ he used to.

He does more "real" damage now though. You could easily pad KT's damage stats by just poking with max range Flamestrikes but that damage would just get healed up.

Chain bombs has always been strong. Killing people trying to escape from a screen away is so much fun though. Actually I wasn't considering backdraft with chain bombs before, might be equally effective just in a different way, in that it'll be much more difficult for your opponent to run.

Also, I forgot they buffed pyroblast when I was playing a game with a kt on my team last night and he picked it. Still looked like garbage.

Lol what? Flamestrike's post 16 would do like 50% of an assassins health. That's not real damage?

Figured it out. If you're going to solo queue as a support, use Malfurion. Take the increased range talent at 4 and land your roots and moonfires. Securing kills for your team lets your team snowball a lot easier than trying to hope they don't engage stupidly.

If they have an Uther/Rehgar and your team doesn't engage no it (probably because everyone is too far away from the poke) not really. The strongest part was pushing them back into their base to take structure damage because they'd constantly be retreating. But to say all of KT's damage at the end of the game was real world team fight damage is not accurate.

I don't think its accurate to say it isn't real damage though. When nazeebo was op and put out huge damage numbers its because his toxin did so much damage, now that little bit of damage that added up a lot over the course of the game, a lot of it was meaningless. KT's flamestrike even if it only hits 1 person, ok a lot of the damage gets healed, and now you used a 7s cooldown vs 12s on uther's heal, 8s on tass' shield, 9s on rhegar's heal, 7s on malf's hot which heals over 10s. Every consecutive flamestrike and the enemy team is taking more and more damage, before the fight even begins. If more than 1 target gets hit by flamestrike then no support is going to outheal that.

Fucking torture. I'm no pro or anything, but the amount of just sheer shitheads and leavers has been insane. Last three games I've had people drop at the start - last game had TWO people drop. The one guy came back about 13 minutes in, by that point it was over.

Shame they didn't set up a clan or guild type thing with Heroes of the Storm or even a chat channel because I would rather group with 2-3 people from the board here than deal with the unwashed masses of trash fire garbage that you get in single queue.

I don't know if anyone else does it. I thought I hung out in there but can't recall ever seeing anyone else say anything.

I think I've seen people talk a few times (I believe I have most people on my friends list anyway).

So so far every time I have seen a Monk build for damage, that team loses. Makes HL awkward when someone picks Monk and you have to make sure they are actually going to support.

If we could get 5 people together who want to try fun comps in team league, that'd be interesting. I'm interested in seeing an Abathur+Kharazim thing. Increased attack speed+heal every third hit, stuff like that.

Don't even need to queue as a 5 members for that. I'll have to /join Rerolled to look for groups.

Speaking of comps, what's good for what maps? For Dragon Shire, I've been asking my team to go double warrior, but the last two times, I got bitched out for "not enough dps" by bad players who just kept feeding and don't know how to wait for your team to engage. I still believe that it's good for that map though.

Another example: our team went KT/Jaina/Illidan while theirs had Butcher/Zeratul/Nazeebo and we got slaughtered every team fight. I could chalk it up to bad players on my side and good players on theirs, but it seemed like it could've been avoided in the draft by not picking squishy heroes. Every engagement Nazeebo would Ravenous Spirit and wreck our back line and then Butcher and Zeratul would just clean up as everyone tried to run away.

Well the enemy team was just as squishy and you had kt/jaina so I would definitely chalk that up to your team getting outplayed/just the map in general. Your team should have had better team fight potential, but the enemy team had much better skirmishing potential which is needed on dragon shire. Don't play it carefully and they get an early advantage and snowball from there.

Two tank meta is popular again and has been since the previous patch, but dragon shire has always been a good two tank map anyways.
