I'll admit it, I am tired of the lack of real conversation, debate, and argument that isn't just people insulting each other. I am part of the problem, I know it. Maybe I am just lonely, seasonal depression, both, who the fuck cares, but what is the point of any of this if it's just reddit with a different layout?

Not directed at you Melon who fears to expose their identify, I am just venting in as small of posts as I possibly can in the only thread I think it fits.

Like the saddest thing is that its even been shown that when you prove something to be true to someone in an internet debate that favors an opposing position, it often causes that person to become more deeply entrenched in their disproven position.

As said, I will only use citations from sources you approve. And we can select individual facts/topics you choose.

I'm willing to not speak a single insult, or quesiton Hodj's integrity in anyway. It will be a debate purely of fact. He won't though, and I've offered. He uses this defense because he doesn't want to get into the meat of the debate. Which is fine, but lets not get confused about him putting on this facade of righteousness.

Hodj, I'm not insulting you. I'm telling you that I am willing to treat you with respect and have a formal debate. That's it. You've questioned my dignity and everything as reasons for not doing it. I don't want you to have that excuse, that's all. You can set the rules, and I will take the disadvantage. I'm that confident in my ability to reason this out.
