Trump is an asshole and the moment he doesn't do what I want, I'll get rid of him. He has multiple personal failings I dislike, and I think if the situation in the country were different I would hate having him in there.

Simply agreeing with someone is not a cult following Hodj, especially, once more, if I'm willing to debate you and allow you to challenge my beliefs--which I'm more than happy to do. You, on the other hand, are NOT willing to do that. Your rejection of Trump is mostly an acceptance of your own cult, which now that I know you've been on campus for the last, what, 12 fucking years? Funny how everyone let either our own/others' faith in Trump, or our own/others' hatred for him, divide us almost right down to the core. Trump didn't do it though, he is a sympton not a cause, now I ain't saying he is or is not making it worse just that he is not the direct cause and origin.

My faith in Trump isn't dividing me from Hodji, I don't see a disagreement as a divide. I see it as an opportunity to better understand things through debate.

Only people in a cult would see it as a divide, because only people in a cult would refuse to attempt to arrive at objective views through debate.

This is me offering once more, to debate using only sources Hodj will find acceptable (His rules), with no insults or appeals to outside material fact presented with citation. A frank, open discussion is the essence of unity. Somehow though, I do not think Hodj will accept this. He will make some glib reply to defend his views from any attempt at being disproved.

Except I voted for Obama and was fully on board until his second term when I realized he wasn't going to do what Trump is doing, which is challenging Washington to force them to change. If Trump does not perform the main goals I've wanted, which is being tough on immigration, challenging state/pentagon to get the U.S. to stop carrying the load of global defense and forcing our allies to shoulder more, and pushing for more self interest in our trade deals and last and MOST importantly, challenging China.

Trump has exceeded my expectation in all of these areas. That's why he has my vote. Overall, while I love Trump pissing people off and being irreverent toward the aritocratic culture growing in media and Washington, I don't like his personality too much. At all, really. I'd have never voted for him if it had not been for Bush and Obama illustrating that no inside is going to challenge the bureaucracy in Washington.

Most President's have only a 40-50% approval rating at the end of their first time Hodji. Here are Obama's, check out his numbers (God when did you get to be so dumb? Like I used to disagree with you before, but you always knew your shit. Now you toss out nothing but garbage.)

But yes, having faith in a leader is bad. I only like it when a leader delivers. We have tariffs on China, a new NAFTA trade deal being hung up in Congress, crack downs on illegal immigration, the border wall being built (Though slowly), and a NATO which is getting hundreds of millions more from allies. Not to mention an economy that can support even high school grads making 20 dollars an hour (Seriously, get a fucking job).

To me, that's evidence a lot of good is being done. Maybe not to you, becuse you have FAITH he must be terrible. That justifies your TDS, and you'll believe in abstract bullshit like he's weakening Ukraine, with no clear proof of that and tons of evidence against it, as a method to scrape out this idea that he's bad despite a booming economy.
