For most items I agree. But for some specialties I can see it. Really high end outerwear for winter can run that much easily, and for the most part it"s worth it. Same with suits. I"ve got a Canali that was I think around 2 grand for the pants and jacket, and I"ve gotten my money"s worth out of it for the half dozen times a year I need a suit.

But yeah personally I don"t get people spending a ridiculous amount on clothes. I"ve got some $15 shirts that look as good and last as long as the $100 ones. In fact I plain hate clothes shopping.

I will say though that the couple pairs of Seven For All Mankind jeans I bought last year have been awesome. I actually didn"t realize they were $250 a pair when I was trying them on, I just told the store wench to bring me a few pairs of jeans to try on ("straight leg, none of this skinny calf bullshit, no bedazzling on the pockets") and when I got up to the cashier and saw what the total was I thought about putting em back. Incredibly comfy and seem to be wearing fairly well for such thin denim.

One was just recently. I saw this "hopes and dreams" folder so I obv clicked on it, and inside were all this pictures of girls with big butts in yoga pants.. The weird part was there were all these strikingly handsome man faces photoshopped on their heads. Weird, right?

But he says he"s not gay. *shrug* must be a guy thing
