Why Bezos did not try to totally own the market when March hit is beyond me. They just enjoyed the fat revenue streams, but if they had done serious loss-leading promotionals Wal-Mart would not have been able to get it's foot in the door. Now I use Wal-mart for certain goods since the delivery is so fast. Maybe they were afraid of investigations.

Kids that young don't understand mortality or harmful situations. Kid could have easily been just messing around or experimenting with something he saw and it went bad. Suicidal ideation I find hard to believe, at least in the sense you would find it in a teenager or adult.
