Rare for Cramer, I guess he took some losses today to humble him or hes terrified.

I didn't even buy any of these dips today for this very reason. Something is going to happen, people are scared.

While you might have a sound plan with a great company, doesn't mean everyone else does or has any conviction. If you weren't on the sidelines before, you might be considering it now.

I remember all the "Coinbase to $475" type talk. Some even saying it might hit $600. Then the day of, it briefly hit like $430 and then plummeted to $290 or w/e and stayed there. It was overvalued from the get-go.

Looks like I'm not missing much with Palantir. It was one of the top stocks I had. Bought it at $26...sold it at $26 months later. See it on here today...at $24. Yeah, not a lot going on there.

Actually it has been a swing traders dream. It has operated in a trough for God knows how many months now. Buy around 22/23 sell around 25/26. Rinse and repeat.

Waiting for my free money from Fidelity sign up, but with my paltry peasant play money. Think TSLA dropped enough to throw in and hold for giggles? Some paypal? Without real money to play with I'm having more fun with crypto volatility making even small amounts potentially of some use. Not retirement money, but was tickled that so far I'm up $40 on $400. Debating trying to sock a few grand into that and seeing what 1-2 years brings instead of trying to scrape 10% gains from individual stock choices outside of my 401k.

In my team of 8, we have 7 white males and 1 Indian woman.

Must be racism.
My 30 year career never worked somewhere or contracted to a company that had a woman doing anything other than a receptionist and possibly a high school part timer making copies. Male dominated to say the least. 75 in the company, 60 in the shop all guys. 15 in the office 13 or 14 guys and 1 or 2 receptionist/secretarial type work.

On my street is a prominent auto shop that does a lot of business. 100% of the workers and mechanics there are dudes, and then the one receptionist is this hot 20 year old redhead. I don't know how that works without causing massive office turmoil.

The hot receptionist lady is like the norm in the south for mechanic's shops. One I went to all the time it was like the owner's daughter, and they ran the shop literally from their house, though their garage was pretty expanded. I always remember seeing the shotgun propped up against the back door when I dropped my car off. I'm sure there was another under the counter and then some.

It just works.

I have lost a lot of respect for Cramer lately, first from getting screwed over in actionalerts, and then when he was recently telling people to buy the dip on Tesla during its record run up.

I still listen to him, but not as much.

A person would be a fool to buy AMD or NVDA after they've run up 50% in the last month. Those weren't dips. For those of us in those, we are just holding and seeing what happens. He's right, those catalysts for the metaverse are over, now we have to wait and see, and it could be a long time until the metaverse actually happens.

When Cramer was on actionalerts, he'd tell us to move to cash more emphatically. Now that he's got millions in the investing club, he's downplaying it. But you can tell, he is nervous. Mind you, he'll never say move to 100% cash, he'll say move to 20.

There are many old sayings in investing. One is you never want to be the last one in the door nor the last one out of the door. Its always better to be the first in and the first out. You might miss out on some gains but at least you get gains. This ties into the pigs/hogs saying.

I have zero regrets taking my profits again on NVDA during this last melt-up. I got out around $312 and am as happy as a pig in shit about it. I couldn't care less if it runs up to $400 before turning. My money is already in the bank.
