Intraday Summary:
Markets have continued to price in more policy tightening, while deepening yield curve inversions suggest heightened risk of a policy mistake. Strong China PMI data overnight was followed by hotter than expected Germany CPI figures. This morning’s US ISM manufacturing data missed on the headline but the prices paid component unexpectedly rose above 50 for the first time in several months. The US 10-year yield is nearing 4% and terminal rate expectations rose to ~5.5% helped in part by Fed jawboning. As rates moved up US stock markets remained wobbly.

I was green (not huge) and it had been bouncing from this level for a few months. Seeing the various indicators this morning didnt give me a lot of confidence in the short term so I set a stop just in case it failed again to break upwards.
