I can find articles saying the exact same thing (actually usually it's 2%) over the last several years.

This prediction isn't new.
Vanguard been saying this for years, turns out they weren't talking about the S&P but their stupid ass target retirement funds.

Oh, that would suck dick. FSD got way too expensive.
Just took a look at the site, think they dropped the FSD requirement. But have to do at least 20% down.

*0% APR promotional rate available for well-qualified buyers with excellent credit who order a new Model Y on or after October 21, 2024.
