Stolen from Reddit.

Speaking of “Planitar,” people are saying Thiel might be selling a lot of his own stock soon based off of him converting stocks from class b to class a.

PLTR + 6.75% (could have been better but at least its positive movement and held $24 price)
LAZR +28%
Cruise and Airlines exploded although they lost some at the end as PFE announced "oops, maybe we don't have the supply chain in place to meet those vaccine numbers we touted".
TSLA was, well TSLA. +4% sitting just under $600 a share (SMH).
VIX at 21.5
10yr Treasury yield down almost 3 basis points.

LAZR up another 14% after hours.

Follow me.

BTC does indeed rise throughout 2021. Enough to warrant the eyeballs of people with deep pockets and wanting to be the "best". Think Apple MP3 versus Zune MP3 (god, am I even remembering that right?).

Facebook takes its Libra rebranded Diem currency and clears a lot of bad-guy vibes with a more friendly congress. I think it'll take some elbow rubbing here, but I think with everything forward facing, it'll be an easy sell. The main goal of Libra was always to be the bank for the 3rd world, that one was pretty obvious -- Bank with your phone is a dogwhistle for poor people (80% of the world). Not trying to derail here...as a dude who has lived in Africa its hard not seeing the huge untapped potential there in a lot of these shittier, weaker countries with massive human capital but no real forward trajectory other than just day-to-day living and hoping their government remains solvent.

Facebook sees the success of upcoming HUMBL/TSNP shell merger and just outright acquires like they did with Occulus to compete with SQ / PayPal.

A man can dream.

1. Africa exists for the sole purpose of being abused and taken advantage of by the 1st world.

2. "Compete with SQ/PYPL". What about Stripe?

PLTR up a couple of percent in the pre-market. Hopefully it can make a few days of positive movement and establish a new floor of support here in the mid 20's.

LAZR up another 20% in the pre-market. That Cramer interview gave this stock widespread press. Over $27 this morning.

Airlines/Cruise lines looking to add to yesterday. All three major indexes looking green so far.

Hey Locnar Locnar LAZR is now populated in my account. You should be able to trade it now.

You know, fidelity blocking me yesterday on this was a blessing in disguise. After more thought, I'm gonnna keep it until at least January. Will give me more time to decide if this needs to be long term for me or if to sell it, count it to a new tax year since this year I already have "too many" (first world problems) short term gains.

If it follows the standard EV SPAC route I expect it to hit peak enthusiasm maybe next week or so and then the fast money players will move on to other game and it will take a pretty substantial dip and settle in a decent valuation (for EV companies). This rise up might be a good time to sell covered calls on your shares. Just be aware it only trades monthly so the expiry windows are 12/18 and 1/15. deep out-of-the-money calls for 12/18 will net some coin and worst case if it exceeds your call strike just roll it out and up into January when you were thinking of selling anyway. Now the downside to this is the shares are locked as collateral so you could miss out being able to sell at a peak price that it may not see again for a while.

I agree with what you said. I suppose the trusty trailing stop loss could serve well here. This stock is getting awareness all over and we all know what that means and usually it does indeed means a big sell off after some FOMO. Still not sure what i'll do.

Don't rush a decision. Analyze all the options and pick the one you feel best suits your individual situation. Sometimes not making a decision and just standing pat is the best decision.

Well this has been a good year financially speaking.

I'm an good index boi, nothing but indexes. Fidelity 500 to be exact, 100% in.

At the beginning of the year I had around 150k in my 401k, this was when the Dow was at 28k. Then as the DJI plunged down in early February/march, I took all of it and moved it to a conservative strategy (9% equities /fixed income). At the time this meant a loss of 15k because the DJI was at 25k when I did the exit.

So I held it there on conservative, with very minimum DJI exposure and watch the DJI continue to go down. When DJI hit 21k I figured it was time to come back in, but I went in only 50% of my leftover money, around 65k. So it still went down to high 19k, but then came back up, and it has been nothing but gains since April.

So overall 30% return year.

feelz so good.

TRIT 5-day chart. It had been flat to slightly up since the merger but the last 5 days have been seeing it move incrementally higher. hit a 52-high this morning.

Energy sector at the top again. Guess people are really expecting a travel breakout at some point.
