I like keeping things simple. Buy and sell stocks only.Sell some puts on it until it goes back down. Can get the 21 strike 8/13 for .26 premium which is 1% ROR and if you do get assigned you get what you wanted at a discount
Up almost 1% since my purchase. Good start.Made my first Jim Cramer Charitable Trust trade. Took a position in MA at $365.
I had a limit order to buy TSM at $115 that I opened this morning. At 13:45:03 a massive gap down occurs and 747 shares in three orders are filled below me. $116.41 to $115.84 to $115.67 to $114.96 to $114.08 (x2) and then it instantly goes back to $116.41 and my order is never filled. I didnt have a full 100 share lot but two of the three orders filled below me had odd lot sizes as well. Fucking Biden.

I have been analyzing the Jim Cramer portfolio looking at things I dont own. I had looked at TSM previously and he has it so I was thinking of giving it a bite. You think TSM is due for a move? I bought it back in march with ASML. TSM never moved and ASML is up 52%
And everything he suggests is contrarian, so don't even bother looking at technicals. A lot of times, the technicals are shit, like when he said buy BA or CCI. And then a couple of weeks later, they move. His picks are fundamental only, so you'll be waiting for some.I have been analyzing the Jim Cramer portfolio looking at things I dont own. An added benefit of being in the club is that he'll tell you buy it because he's going to pound the table on TV over it. He's doing that for Nucor on TV right now, live. You kind of get the heads up before he pushes it on TV. When you see something have a heavy weighting in your portfolio, that tells you how much he'll push it.I have been analyzing the Jim Cramer portfolio looking at things I dont own. This isnt short term but rumor has it Intel will start contracting with TSMC to fab chips in late 2023;You think TSM is due for a move? I bought it back in march with ASML. TSM never moved and ASML is up 52%
Theres no shortage. Shortage just sounds better than saying you where outbid for capacity.I dunno, you'd think with the semi conductor shortage people would be all over it but 6 months of no price movement has me cautious
So far I am.looking st his stocks and recs, seeing what I like, looking at his entry prices and then seeing if its near a price I agree with. For instance he bought MA at $370 yesterday and I got it at $365 today. An added benefit of being in the club is that he'll tell you buy it because he's going to pound the table on TV over it. I think MA is one he told us to sell last year when it ran. I never sold, I disagreed. He's said it in video, if he has to sell low and buy higher, he'll explain why.So far I am.looking st his stocks and recs, seeing what I like, looking at his entry prices and then seeing if its near a price I agree with. Yeah I'm not a retail guy so AEO is out for me. He trimmed ABT but I like it over the long haul so I am keeping my full position in it.I think MA is one he told us to sell last year when it ran. AEO is the one he's pushing hard right now, watch the videos. First it was AMD, now AEO and CLF and then Nucor.
The minute they announced the covid vaccines were 90%, I sold it.Yeah I'm not a retail guy so AEO is out for me. He trimmed ABT but I like it over the long haul so I am keeping my full position in it.
