Every year I've maxed my roth IRA and 401k, and then put any extra money in a regular brokerage account. If what I'm reading is correct, and I wanted to experiment with some active trading, there's really no downside to trading in my roth as opposed to my brokerage account?

"Stupid" isn't quantifiable. How about being constructive. Discuss their financials, business model, customer base, revenue growth rate, valuation etc.
What I am saying is, if an investment isn't for you thats cool. If you think someone is making a poor investment choice, that's cool. "PLTR is a stupid investment" is just dickish and doesn't actually help anyone. The object of this thread is to help each other make money.
