I think the CEO knows it would get voted down and it would be an embarrassment to the company. Instead of going out and buying other theater chains, how about you get this debt you claim is such a problem under control and paid off.

This is why noob companies of the past will never truly succeed. AMC only gives 1 vote per share vs 3 votes for the elite, while modern companies realized that the plebs are just free money. 0 votes a share is more than enough and they can print forever.

AAPL within striking distance of a new 52 high based on pre-market activity. Dont be surprised to see it hit a new high today. The question then is does it keep running or does it hit it and pullback (taking the market with it).

So normally I'd say the market will be super red today. But I guess we'll jump 2% because it's opposite world.

No chance this shit ever passes the Senate. Unless, of course, they carve out an exception that protects past/present/future elected officials. Then its a done deal.

NASDAQ is green with only 33% advancers. Today's rally (and previous ones actually) are being driven by a handful of big companies (which I wager are doing staggering amounts of share buybacks).

To be fair, a corp is not very smart if they are paying their full corporate tax. That's an edge case scenario that wont happen much in real life. But that's the privilege liberals pay to live in liberal states. Second texas gets an income tax I'm gonna rocket out of the state faster than you can blink.

Can't say I've seen a regular stock that has so much volatility so frequently. 16% drop in about a week, after just about that much gained in the previous week.

Yeah PLTR is like the day traders bread and butter. Massive daily volume and liquidity combined with volatility.

This shit is stupid; a 2% federal wealth tax on portfolios and real estate holdings above 10mil would be much better overall. Stop penalizing people for making money, start penalizing people for accumulating too much property.
