I also think its what our doctors and patients "deem the desired result" - our docs and women (men?) are obsessed with nipple at or above the midline and no breast fold (OMG FLOPPY UTTERS) and thus the end result are balloon tits... while others whom simulate real large breasts keep a natural looking nipple location and full form yet still with a fold etc. also most Asian implants are silicone not stuff n bump water balloons.

Once you start talking about 9 and up, it's all personal preference and intangibles ('zomg she likes vidya gaems too!'). Some people think Kim Kardashian is a 10 (11!), but she's just a 9 to me. I prefer petite girls, though. I'd take this girl over someone with a Kim body.
