Go look at the autopsy report it says the wound is straight front to back. Don't know where this 90 degree nonsense came from. Sounds like prosecutor trying to create doubt.

The most amazing part of this trial is the yelling about lying and inconsistencies. This was explained in detail by the prosecutions own damn witness as expected and normal. In fact if the inconsistencies weren't there then that actually would have been a red flag.

There is a metric fuckton of misinformation out there about this case. For example I heard several CNN talking heads repeatedly say that Zimmerman was told to stay in his car. This is simply untrue and would take a whole 5 min to investigate with google by listening to the unedited 311 call.

I am confused how you can put charges against someone, go through the 90% of the court process and then at the end right before the jury breaks to decide, throw in some lesson charge. Wouldn't you have to go through the entire process again for that less charge? Considering none of the court proceedings were trying to prove/disprove the lesser charge. Almost feels like they(prosecutor) knew they lost and threw in some last ditch effort just to see if the jury will stick anything to him, so they can claim they did their best.
Where do black people get all those weird shirts at? Seriously, I havent seen any george zimmerman shirts in my area. Hell, I heard 3 black people talking about it by me at the local parade the other day and they agreed "Trayvon was probably a wannabe thug and shouldve just went home but he was being a Wakandan and got shot" exact quote. I wanted to go up to her and shake her hand, but that probably wouldve been racist for agreeing with her.

It's a lesser included charge, so the elements are the same as murder two except differing intent. So the proof is mostly the same. It's ok under Florida law to do it the way they did it.
