You greatly lose at adjectives.
When the prosecution starts backtracking like they have, I don't really think they feel they're winning. Doesn't mean these folks aren't ready to convict on Murder 1. But all signs point to the prosecution now grasping at straws.
I don't want to bet. I have no horse in this race. I just like witnessing the emotional pain and suffering of the posters here.

i did a quick ninja edit from defense to prosecution. i actually meant, has the prosecution did a good job trying this case to the best of their abilities with the evidence they had or could they have done something more?

The fact that the prosecution tried to throw out back up back up charges tells us all they're not confident of a victory.
Manslaughter at most if he is convicted of anything, and it'll be immediately appealed I'm sure. Still think they're going to exonerate him though.

Not surprised at Manslaughter, probably what they should have gone for from DAY FUCKING ONE. He's probably guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter. But they wanted to sate the bloodlust of the masses, and put on a show. No matter what he's convicted of now..it will be overturned on appeal. Too much bullshit like that Ex-Chief to automatically win any appeal.
edit: And he won't be convicted of anything unless these ladies formed their own knitting circle and are using their emotions like all women tend to do rather than logic.

Character really shouldn't be brought in this case by the Prosecution.
Zimmerman's character witnesses all portray him as a nice, caring guy albeit a bit of a pussy.
TM's were Jabba the Hut, and Angry Black Momma who phoned in her parenting skillz, and older brother who probably taught him to get in the face of anyone who questioned him.

I can't believe Richard Jewell didn't make that list.
They called him the Olympic bomber, showed the cops taking porn out of his house, ruined his life in every way imaginable and he was actually the good guy in the whole thing. Still meet people today who think he did it despite the truth. I guarantee at least one person here still didn't know he was innocent.
