Wait... wait.... Nancy Drew?

Constable Bob fucking killed it. I love this show, I find it hard to figure out which one I wanted to root for, Boyd or Raylan. But yeah, I have no idea how Boyd gets out of this shit.

It was nice to see Colt not being a fuckup for once. I like Colt when he's competent, not so much when he's junkie-vet.

Outstanding episode. They really let all the secondary characters shine without taking anything away from Raylan and Boyd. It's almost embarassing to listen to the dialogue in other hour longs after watching this show.

Jesus, I thought this was gonna be the season finale coming in. It sure as fuck delivered like one. TWO more episode still!

Aside from all the other awesome lines("What happened is Bob's a tough son of a bitch."), Mike O'Malley was pretty good with his asshole lecher speech, all tied up when Ava left with "Now I see why you like her." delivered just deadpan.

BTW not only did Bob deliver, but he's like the first local law authority Raylan has dealt with that WASN'T dirty.

Drewsitania....he pulled deep for that one.

It's pretty crazy how much has happened this season. It's almost hard to remember that the whole story line with Raylan getting ripped off by the bartender chick, the black guy from Homeland, the whole story with Ellie May, Raylan's dad dying, Gerald Mcraney getting his foot cut off, the little white trash girl getting stabbed in the foot, Boyd and Raylan getting caught by the hillbillies, etc. is all from this season and we still have 2 episodes to go.

And it's all taken place in two weeks or so of realtime.

I still can't believe how stupid Johhny was to go to Duffy, with the experience of Devil fresh in his mind he had to know it was the longest of shots, even if we now find it was motivated by the love of a woman he can't have.

So many quotable things from that episode, damn. The phone call to Colt, Boyd/Raylan talking about the astronaut and Picker (he seems very familiar from something I watched years ago) getting angry at the jibberjabber, Raylan saying how high Bob had set the bar and hell even Raylan dropping literary quotes when Rachel quizzed him about being a reader. The winner was Tim and Art though with a dead heat between "How often do you have these PTSD episodes?" "Only when I handle firearms in public places." and "I thought you were going to throw it!"

Speaking of Ellie May: It's really GD weird seeing her in a couple commercials lately all of a sudden, not doing the Childlady voice and mannerisms. Apparently she's done fuckloads of commercials.

Such a damn good episode, probably my favorite of the season. I also thought more people were going to die in this one, but I still think Colt's days are numbered and he will not make it to next season. It sucks too, because I like his character a lot, and he is a bad ass when he kicks the dope. Also, we need a Constable Bob spinoff, please!!

I rarely ever physically laugh at shit on tv shows. But when Raylan calls that Indian guy "Rapes with a Smile", i'm not afraid to say I laughed my arse off.

Well, that was pretty much how I thought the Colt/Tim situation was going to resolve itself. Although predictable, I think it couldn't have really gone in many other directions. This was a decent enough episode, but compared to last weeks ass-kicking it just seemed boring lol. We need Constable Bob in every episode from here on out.

He's not in it again, this season at least.

Borings not the word I'd use but it was a lot more sedate compared to last week. Then again so is 99.9% of any telly compared to last week

It moved a lot of chess pieces around for the final episode and took a couple off the board. I'm not sure what happens to Boyd now, Detroit is still going to be pissed at him and if he is distracted by what he is doing to help Eva I still think he has more heartbreak to come.

I don't understand what Detroit think is going to happen by involving Raylan's ex, revenge seems petty and out of character but surely they don't think they can get Drew out of some kind of hostage stand off. I'm looking forward to seeing what they have in mind for that.

Wonder if Tim ends up with the Preacher-sister.

I don't think this week was boring at all. It was less actiony than last, but in general the tension was still there. I've always liked the pensive, talky episodes of Justified.

And that last scene can't mean anything good.

I read the books Fire in the Hole and Raylan by Elmore Leonard. I don't recommend it. They're basically the early episodes. It was just redundant.

i don't watch previews, but guess Winona is going to used as leverage against Raylan so he will let them get drew during the trip to the supermax. I have a feeling this season going to end bad Raylan. he is on such an uptick right now, looking at a promotion and a baby girl. which is just to much good for him.
