Hey all, hope that you are well. I just received the backerkit pledge and shipping is insane. Nearly $100 more than estimated for the devourer pledge. $155.52 single wave shipping to NYC and $199.34 2 wave shipping. Adding on the extra hydra troops changes the 2 wave shipping

Chip Theory Games let everyone know the same thing happened to them with Too Many Bones, but they are eating the cost and delivering at the prices they had shown during the campaign, and gave everyone a heads up that if they add more now and the next three weeks it’ll still stay the same. It’s still months away so will probably be even higher by then. Customer is always first with them and they’ve shown it in every campaign they’ve done. The last one they upgraded all player mats for people who had old versions at cost. Class act company.Update for Marvel Zombicide

I mean the base game mini's are basiclly about the quality of a vaguely decent 3d printer. The one pic from the thing looks better, but the main benefit/problem with minis for the game is that setup and breakdown is pretty absurd. I got one of the organizers which helps a ton, but yer gonna throw that all away with mob mini's.

I’ve made minis on my cheapo mars pro 3D printer that are better than the GH turds.
Like you said I wouldn’t want minis for GH, just too damn many and only a few get used each game. I would prefer a collaboration with Skinny Mini instead.

Our Gloomhaven group fell apart over the holidays and I miss it, but I have a lot more active friends in Warcry now and that trumps everything else. Kind of sucks because I did invest a decent amount of time into storage solutions. This could have potentially gotten me but good lord that's a lot of plastic, even if they are slightly smaller scale.

Unfortunately, given the fact that I've played D&D for 33 years, I've personally come across (and occasionally played with) the limp-wristed, women-worshiping, beta faggots that would support a product like that.
They all fit one of two stereotypes: The morbidly obese fat guy that smells like he hasn't washed his balls in 6 months and the soft-spoken cuck that weighs 125 lbs soaking wet that is completely incapable of looking you in the eye (or even face) when he talks.
