The Lily chick was on the latest "It's Erik Nagel" radio show. I never heard about this show prior to that, but I might give it a shot now. They also introduced me to 90 Day Fiance, and now my wife and I watch that show every time it's on. There are some seriously demanding foreign people out there. Bitch, you grew up in a shack with dirt floors. Don't talk to me about this 1500 sqr foot house not being good enough for you.

This made me laugh.

I agree, that Yaya chick isn't hot. I had no idea who she was, thankfully, but she seemed like nothing more than a bimbo.

She should marry Ha Ha Clinton-Dix for maximum hilarity.
this is her pre silicone, she's just your basic comiccon cosplay girl, and a really sad psylocke

i'm not saying her dolly parton look is any better, you really can't fix basic looking, but it def got her more attention, cuz you know ppl are dumb.

I'm not so down on nasa chick. A little cunty? Perhaps, but that's why we watch a nerd-based reality show - to see weirdo non-people persons being forced to work with random people who are weird/autistic/not good at social situations. As far as the men go, this may be the biggest pack of betas yet. These lesbian hens are going to peck their eyes out until they're gone and they'll never know what happened. Almost makes me wish Zach was there to screech at them menacingly right in their personal bubble space.

Man is it just me or does Ori have a tiny pin head with his eyes way too close together?

I still think fat man is great, at least he has a personality. I was laughing so hard at Lily crying, it was the best feeling in the world.

Are you talking about the poor man's Daniel Tosh with shitty facial hair? Yeah, he has a freaky looking head.

Yeah, not sure why you all are down on NASA chick. She's my favorite. It's not her fault she's smarter and better than everyone else there.

She might be, but he was super, super dumb. Those questions were way too easy to get wrong a second time at the very least.

I am kind of excited about next week from the preview. "Moby Dick? How about Moby being a dick." I hate him too girl.

Dark Chocolate is still alive, woohoo! How anyone isn't afraid of him yet, mystifies me.

He looks like a Betazoid with those super dark eyes.

I think it WAS pretty shitty voting fat boy into the nerd off. I don't ever recall him having a "short fuse" before that point. But, Kaitlin is my favorite of all the nerds, so glad she kicked his ass.

Kaitlin actually has a decent body. It's just her mouth has an overbite or something going on.

And she has about 2 feet of neck.

I just realized that ori reminds me of a guy I used to work with, and now I understand why no one has murdered him. He was one of those guys who seems like a complete retard in small doses but is really allright.

I didn't understand the sumo guy at all. At first I assumed they would both have to try and get by their own sumo guys and grab the answer at the same time. That would have at least made more sense. Or make it timed so he gives them less time to decide or something.

So I was really sick this weekend and just watched a bunch of random shows, decided to watch this based on this thread. I'm surprised at how easy all the questions are. The riddles were all variations of classic riddles, except made slightly simpler. It just doesn't seem like they are actually being challenged. The group challenges are a little better, but still seem pretty simple. Ironically I feel like they have people who aren't nerds trying to come up with nerd challenges and are failing to make them actually difficult.

All the girls have a nice body, they all can pull off a dress well, some are cute, some look good, some are butterface. I'm pretty sure this is b/c of the previous shamu's on seasons 1 and 2.

They did that in season 1 as well. I think it is an attempt to get the nerds to physically exert themselves so they could get some exercise. No, not really. You see it in other challenges too. They try to build in a reason for people to run around or have to use hand-eye coordination to take them out of their comfort zone. In Season 1, it was 2 guys against the sumo guy and they were getting laid out if I remember correctly, because they were running straight at him.

Well, in fairness it's only the trivia nerd offs that are weak. Probably because they have to make them for TV. Plus, most of the nerds on the show aren't what I'd call nerds anyway. I mean, they're letting people in whose sole qualification is that they are gamers or like comic books. They probably had to dumb it down to keep it from being ridiculous.

What the heck would you consider a nerd, then? It's perfectly possible to be a gaming nerd, or comic book nerd, or sci-fi nerd. For example, someone who lives and breathes Star Trek will absolutely be considered a nerd by pretty much everyone you'd ask. Having a PhD in some technical or scientific field doesn't make you a nerd. I'd say of all the people on this season, Amanda is the only one I wouldn't actually consider a nerd. She's a book worm, and that's hardly something that is considered nerdy in the adult world compared to stuff like comic books, math, and video games. Unless she only reads high fantasy or something.

Let's be honest: you're a horrible measuring stick for the difficulty of the challenges. Given your post history, you're much more well-read and have a much broader knowledge base than the vast majority of people who would watch or be on this show. You're not the norm (nor do I think most posters in this community are).

Anyway, they have to strike a careful balance between making challenges too easy (given how specialized some of the people are, i.e., anime experts, comic books, etc.) and too difficult. I think a good example of this is the "middle school math" portion of the boat challenge. Sure, they could have done some super complex math, but the producers probably couldn't guarantee that there would be someone on each team who would have the knowledge to do such difficult problems. So instead they made some moderately difficult math that almost everyone had probably encountered at some point in their education, and put in the extra logic aspect of figuring out the letters showed the correct order.

I really wanted Todd to win just to see the strife in the house. It would have been like Crater-face dude from last season all over again. Caitlin was lucky in this nerd off. If she had been going up against almost any of the other nerds she would have had a much harder time winning. I think both Todd and the guy she beat last time were complete idiots and two of the stupidest, weakest players. Ori would be another, and the only reason he is still around is because his nerd off happened to be in his specialty.

I think Caitlin will be gone eventually, as soon as she gets into a nerd off one of the other overall strong players.

People who study hard and work hard with questionable social skills. The social skills aren't really a determining factor though because lots of people are just lazy assholes, and since these nerds are adults some sort of social skills are bound to have developed.

The people who weren't even looking at those math clues were obvious posers.

why so you can throw 5 chicken heads in there and cause mass confusion? no just throw your obvious mathematician at the problem, you don't need 5 ppl talking. If this season wasn't trying to force a white person to win, they'd have the asian solving the problem.

But this show makes anyone that works in the field of rocketry or NASA like an instant nerd.

And yes NASA chick did beat the dumbest of the dumb 2x in a row, that was the plan actually. That team has decided that if they loose a challenge they will all just vote the weakest player off, which are
brony idiot
fat slob
(so far)

The other team is just choosing NASA chick on 2 criteria
1. who is the strongest threat
2. who isn't part of the secret six

I really wanted fatty gay to when that one (for the fall-out), but he got his ass handed to him by ostrich neck (hate her). Not sure why, but the bookworm chic with the heart shaped glasses is just cute as fuck to me. Maybe its because she kind of puts off the sexy librarian vibe.
