So Riot put together an EG video, coming to America:EG: Coming to America - YouTube

Background: EG is a European team but 3 of the members decided to move the team to America. They are taking Velocity's slot. (I guess they purchased it?). Froggen and Wickd are staying in Europe and playing on team Alliance. EG will need to defeat Determined Gaming to get into the NA LCS. Failing to do so will end their short stay in America. Determined Gaming is the most skilled Challenger team as EG had last pick for the pairings.

It wont end their stay. If they don't qualify they will do one season of the Coke Challenger Series stateside and attempt to qualify for the next split. Three of their members are pretty well off financially from their SK/CLG.EU/EG.EU days so they can try things like this.

Thats good to hear, I like EG for the most part, though I wish Froggen was with them.

This first game of Battle of the Atlantic is crazy so far.... Seems like CLG should have lost 20mins ago. If they can eventually win it will be nuts

I love Aphro and Doublelift, sad to see CLG still underwhelming so much. Even those two under performed from what I would have expected.
