so you're saying just ADC nonstop or what? i'm actually very frustrated at this point. i know how to skill shot, i play zed mostly and play him very well, he's not a hyper carry though with no CC so even if I go 12 2 my team always has a support or ADC that just goes 0 5 to the same enemy hero.

I watch some of Nightblue3's stream over the last few weeks. For references he was #3 NA Challenger last season as a jungler. He went from Bronze to Diamond in like a week or so. In any case, the best way to carry yourself is to play a role that can also influence other lanes.
Now if you're going 12/2, 22/2 or whatever and still losing a lot, that means you're to focused on kills and not objectives. LOL is an objective based game. Take towers. If you roam to a lane and pick up a kill. You either need to take a tower or a dragon before splitting up where everyone derps around solo.
Influencing lanes is either snowballing them, or snowballing yourself and taking towers. Always take towers. I still com across people who are in Gold or whatever who thinks it's a bad idea to take a tower too early.

Just try to be less concerned about whether or not you won a particular game and more concerned about things like playing well, improving, and having a good time.
As long as you are still playing a role you want to play there isn't anything wrong with filling. If you are filling into something you aren't confidant at than you aren't helping anything.
I am generally not bothered by all that much in this game. I've come to terms with trolls, ragers, bad players, etc. a loooong time ago. Lately however, I am finding that people's item builds are bugging me more than they probably should and occasionally they just piss me off and I think pre-determined cookie-cutter builds are the main culprit. For example, Garen rushing a hydra is generally pretty risky but it can work if you get ahead or if it's an easy lane, but rushing a hydra after getting killed by Jax in lane twice before you are level six? THAT pisses me off (and yes it's the reason you ended the game 1/7, you fuck. Not because "you guys are so bad"). Another example: enemy comp is Elise, Annie, Singed, Gragas, Ezreal and your Amumu jungle's first 4 items are Ancient Golem, Tabi, Frozen Heart, and Sunfire. "Hey Amumu, notice your 4 deaths in jungle/top/mid were all from magic damage? Might wanna build some magic resist, bro." "stfu noob, you don't know how to build mummy." Much anger.
I just think there has to be something I'm fundamentally doing wrong, I mean you can see my stats I have games where I'm 2 - 0 then bottom lane comes and feeds my Mid because "i didnt come help fast enough." I honestly at this point want to just make a new account pretend I'm portugese and don't say anything.

Yea, I went 6-4 and dropped from Plat 1 to Plat 3. I was expecting to fall much worse from all these horror stories. I was actually pleasantly surprised. It's not like I even went on a huge win streak during my placements to "boost" my MMR, it was basically win loss win loss etc etc

Actually the worst is the opposite. When the bad player on your team decides to critique your adjusted build because it's not the cookie cutter they always play. "mummy should rush sunfire cape u noob"

Unfortunately it doesn't get better with any game in the genre.
I think the most annoying thing for me is when people only have ONE item build regardless of team makeup, it might work in rare cases but most of the time you have to be able to adapt and too few people can.

Im trying to keep level-headed with this game but holy fucking shit, 0-5 in my promo games so far. I'm on my 3rd attempt to get out of Silver 3, previous 2 promos I went 0-2. I ALWAYS get an AFKr or just bad team chemistry or something. I just played the 1st game of my 3rd attempt to leave Silver 3... My team looked "ok" on paper:
Malphite, Cho Gath, Annie, MF (me), Karma vs Warwick, Wukong, Ziggs, Caitlyn, Janna.
The Cho Gath (jungler) doesn't get connected to the game until 3.5minutes into the game.
In champ select I was nervous about the Malphite pick into WW, our Malphite goes 0-5-0.
Cho Gath goes 0-6-0
Annie goes 1-5-0
I finish 1-3-1 and Karma goes 0-2-1.
Enemy Wukong(jungler) is like 7-0 before 10minutes.

This is the kind of advice that actually does you no good. Sure you should be concerned about playing well, improving and having a good time, but telling you that isn't going to make you either feel better or actually try something different. While LOL is all about skill, team work and situational awareness, it's also very much about attitude. If you go into a game desperate you're going to play scared. If you go into the game mad, you will throw.
So when I say, stop playing nice, I mean take the role you excel at and are most comfortable with. If you're good at it (you seem to think you are) then more likely than not, that person you're giving it up to is going to suck. That being said, if you are good at Mid or Jungle, you should play them. No other position is going to allow you to change the flow of the game like those two.
The exception is if you can duo with someone bot lane and guarantee a smash. Nothing like your bot lane dominating, pushing down a tower and roaming as a team. That usually takes some coordination that soloq players won't have every game at low elos.

I think that overall the trinkets have lead to inferior play. Most everyone buys the ward trinket and then never takes advantage of the upgrades or the option to swap them out. The existence of that ward also almost guarantees no additional ward purchases. New mechanics like pinks lasting forever is completely under utilized. I fought for vision on dragon harder pre-season 1 than I have in the entirety of S4 thus far. That winged sack of gold stays in the fog of war forever these days.
A few weeks ago I had a talk with a Caitlyn that told me to stfu when I told her to build a Last Whisperer. The response was the enemy ADC didn't have any armor so it was a useless item.

The whole perception of which role affects game outcome most is interesting, since there was a disproportionate amount of dedicated support players in challenger for most of last season (over 25% of frequent challenger players were support players according to the stats I saw), and people usually regard support as the LEAST influential in game outcome. Clearly not the case. The best way to win your games is to be the role you enjoy and are best at, they all have a huge, huge impact on the game. I'm 2-3 in my placements right now, and both games I won so far were in my worst two roles (jungle and support), you won't always win just because of getting your role, but it does help.
Arbitrary often has an off-putting manner on these forums, but he's usually right about LoL. If you roll one of the last two spots on the roster, you better be prepared to fill. You can call a role if you'd like, but it does no good to go into the game with the mindset that you have to play 1 of 2 roles because you are setting yourself up for failure in the common occurrence that you don't get to play those roles.
