Those Sej nerfs won't hurt too much imo. Still playable for sure, maybe drops 1 or 2 % winrate. Still going to be mid 50s imo.
Yeah for sure. I'm 27-4 with her now, I've never felt like a champion was this broken before.

Seeing so much Voli now too, top and jungle.

I know you haven't played long enough, but nothing seems overly broken to me in this game anymore. Playing when tf's teleport was his e, and playing with release xin just makes everything else pale in comparison.

Best broken meta ever was league of black cleavers.

You guys think league of cleavers was worse then the any time teleport of early tf? This was back when fb really mattered. Tf would buy a ward and tp to the enemy lane bushes behind their towers. Drop the ward and his whole team would tp there as well. Basically you played lane roulette to not die and give the enemy team a huge advantage. His stun was originally ape as well. Have fun trying to baron.

Release xin was literally the only champ league has ever had that could legit 1v5 and be expected to come out on top. There is a video floating around with hotshot 1v5 ing a full health enemy team around baron and killing them all. The sad part is that wasn't a rare thing to see happen.

There was a time when Twisted Fate's ultimate slowed you in addition to revealing you, revealed you through a Banshee Veil, you got double gold cards (stun you, stun you again with the next auto), gold card went through Banshee Veil, andthe auto couldn't be dodged even though you were supposed to either be to Veil shit you couldn't dodge and dodge shit you couldn't Veil. There's been quite a few mega broken things in the game but for me old TF will always take the cake due to how prevalent it was. If you dropped Release Ezreal into the game right now he'd destroy the whole universe and while he was broke as fuck he wasn't fully exploited before being toned down. Riven and Rengar both were broke beyond belief but it took time for them to get rolling. Release Corki, Heimerdinger, Xin, and LeBlanc all were immediately day 1 wrecking shit up. There have been a few support metas (including the one with Release Ezreal) that were zero fun. At least with Cleavers everyone blew up. That's way better than no one dying.

I'd always want to give a special shout out to the old Raise Morale that executed one of your creeps in any discussion of broken shit. Being in a 1v2 top lane versus a GP + something where your lanealwayspushed because GP started out executing two creeps on the way to lane and then executed one from every single wave including all canon minions is some of the most helplessness I've ever felt in League.

Oh god. I forgot the old bankplank with raise morale. Buy two or three gp five items while starving your opponent of gold and xp. Proceed to walk all over everyone once your gold total goes critical ten minutes before everyone else between the gp tens and the passive gold gain on q.

Also release vayne when most people still sent adcs mid. Hit six, lane was literally over for your opponents. Free bf sword, move speed, and increased tumble stealth. Oh and silver bolts hit harder then as well.

God I miss old raise morale.

Release Vayne was pretty hilarious. Just think of how viable she still is, then add a ton more damage to her ult, stun and tumble, and a shit ton more movespeed to her passive. It was truly ridiculous.

Release Vayne was some shit. Her chase was so good that even if someone flashed a wall and turned on ghost you still chased them down on foot alone. It was 100% not possible to escape from her.

There have been plenty of wtf broken characters in my time playing lol. Funny stuff I remember off the top of my head that I haven't seen mentioned here:

Heimer seige- His grenades hitting towers made him so damn annoying.
Original Jax with 100% dodge. Probably should of just surrendered when he got that point, shit was broke.
Locket meta was also pretty dumb, with gragas and udyr going crazy.
And on a sad, personal note. I really miss old AP yi. He never was op, but he sure as fuck was fun, and I played SOOOOOOOOOO much of him.

Also I don't know what game you guys were playing. Meta was not ADCs mid when vayne came out. She was pretty damn strong, and broke, but she didn't auto win lanes in my experience. The most hillariously dumb champ release I ever remember was irelia. She was fine/a bit OP on release, but the spotlight was SOOO awful. So many people tried to do the same shit when it didn't even work in the video and jungle with her, and they sucked just as much as phreak did. Every irelia ended up being a hardcore feeder pretty much.

Locket meta was a hoot. Jax being able to dodge tower shots was not a hoot.

When Irelia came into her own that was some shit. I dislike that character to this day. Her stupid fucking "you can't ever turn me off period end of story" passive bothers me to no end. She's doesn't automatically win the game if she exits laning phase ahead anymore but she still turns into this massive problem if her lane goes in her favor.

Adcs mid was standard until after s1 dreamhack where fnatic rolled the tourney using support and adc bot.

What game were you playing? Adcs were stuck mid because at the time that was thought to be the safest farming lane setup. I mean bigfatjiji was considered the best player in the world for a while in s1 and his go to pick was ashe mid.

First widespread meta setup in s1 was adc mid, mage top, bruiser and high cc support bot, Jungler.

2nd that lasted until dreamhack was adc mid, mage top, mage bot, roaming gp5 support, jungle.
