You can add me.. probably as a sub. Unfortunately my wife is due with our first baby July 14th... so I run the risk of having to leave for an unexpectant delivery... I could ask her to wait till we get the nexus but I'm not sure how that would go over!

Going to agree. The banners look to be fairly useless now for telling you whether or not the person is a positive player. Had a guy the other day with what I think was a friendly team mate banner spend a good chunk of the game pushing people around in unfriendly ways. Never mind that before, if someone had a non-Honourable Opponent banner, you knew that they would be an awesome player in terms of being positive. Now many of the people I see with banners seem to be just normal players, not necessarily positive players.
This is all anecdotal so time will tell, I suppose.

Honor is used very loosely sub level 30 and outside of ranked play, but they did recently make adjustments so it was easier to get ribbons(a month ago?) My guess is the reason your friends received their ribbons at the same time is because they all qualified for the ribbon and the system did an update. The system doesn't update everyone upon receiving honor but at specific times set by the system. That's why everyone gets it at once.
I would be down to play in the tourney as a starter. I prefer to play Mid or ADC, but I can play all roles. IGN=sebur.

I'll be sifting through all the requests to join the team this week, it's going to be kinda casual, I'll try to schedule a couple practice nights IF we manage to get selected to be in the tournament. Sign-ups are next weekend and if more than 128 teams join they will be doing some sort of random selection. Chances are we won't even get in, nothing will be scheduled until we know for sure. I'll compose a rough list of starters/subs with positions and if we get entered we'll refine it, practice a bit, and try our best
