So has the Kass nerfs, however, riot is known to do this. When they are polishing stuff up on PBE they will revert stuff then put it back. TBH, I really wouldn't be surprised if they didn't nerf her until the skin came out and then nerfed her.

Really, she doesn't need all that much. She just needs something negative in the patch notes so everyone stops humping her booty. I would probably do something like decrease the duration on her ult from 15 seconds to 12 seconds and go with the reduction in shield duration they were proposing. She doesn't need a dumpstering. She needs to get cooled down.
Or just go ahead and give her the 160 second cooldown on rank 1 of her ultimate that Garenstillhas.

Riven is fucking broken. She doesn't need less people playing her (she's already banned in 60% of games), she needs to be fixed. She's 100% ban for me whenever I'm first pick.
Overall though, the game continuing to become League of Bruisers has become quite tiresome. Like 7 of the top 10 bans are all Bruisers. This has been the trend for quite a while, and it seems like they have no idea how to balance it.

Top ban is Kassadin whom plays like an assassin once fed.
The only "must bans" for me are Amumu and Kassadin. It seems like I *always* lose against Amumu. I hate that guy. Kassadin is just annoying and since most games go late in Solo-Q then normally you always have to deal with a fed Kass, which sucks.
I never ban riven. Riven players can be exploited. They all play the same hyper-aggressive way. I pick into Riven with Tryndamere most of the time and just farm at my turret, bait them to dive me, pop ult and kill them. If they can't get baited then as long as I don't feed I will be able to outscale them. Riven can't run from a Tryndamere. Ghost+Mocking Shout+Spinning Slash+Cutlass Active is plenty of utility to keep the gap closed. Tryndamere usually loses to Riven until you can finish at least Stattik Shiv+Cutlass, unless you've fed Riven then you will always have a very hard time. Just need to avoid the all-ins pre-6, most Riven players will jump your shit at level 1 for a quick first blood. It's so predictable though so can easily be avoided. Be especially careful if they 1st buy Fort Pot.
Most players wouldnt pick Tryn into Riven, I even accept the fact that Riven technically is a counter to Tryn, but I have played the match up so damn often that I'm really comfortable with it and will win more often than not. I also realize that not every Riven player is good and if I ever faced a good Riven I would probably get my ass handed to me almost every time. Luckily most players are actually super cocky and don't use their brains when playing Riven.

Overall, there is a 41.77% to 55.11% variance between the highest winner (Ziggs) to the lowest (Urgot) which includes everyone playing everywhere. If you take off the top 5 and bottom 5, the variance becomes 52.95% to 45.26%. So almost everyone is within 5%.

Played a bunch of Viktor support last night. Not bad at all honestly but my only complaint is that you do almost no damage. In order to augment your W (that additional Range is awesome), you forgo items. So you upgrade your coin, your augment, your boots before you even build your first AP item. Your augment has shit for AP on it unless you get the red one.
The other big downfall, compare to Annie, is that your AA range is much smaller so you get less poke. With ancient coin, 3pt in Utility and W augment, mana is almost never an issue.

I played Yasuo in a normal last night against a Riven and shit all over her. Granted, the skill level wasn't there, but Yasuo is great in lane against her. Just go in whenever your shield is up, force her to pot. Then once her pots are gone, chunk her then go all in. I easily won the laning phase against her.
I also played a single Ranked game last night with Yasuo vs. Sona Mid. I couldn't win lane. Sona just poked and ran away the whole time. We easily won the game, but I couldn't snowball. Got my shiv and started roaming to feed myself though. It was like going up against a Soraka mid. All sustain, no bite.

Ive played Yasuo vs Riven and it's mostly a matchup in Riven's favor but if you can get ahead even just a little bit, you can definitely control the lane and win easy. Last time I played vs Riven I did manage to get the first kill and was able to snowball from there. Yasuo has just as much (if not more) burst than Riven and his wind wall will block Riven's ult, but if Riven is on top of your shit than it can sometimes be hard to position it properly.
Riven will win vs Yasuo as long as she doesn't feed or fall behind. The multi-CC from Riven is too much for Yasuo to deal with if they are of equal strength. Riven can burst down Yasuo before he can get his Whirlwind primed. A good riven will jump your shit as soon as your whirlwind is down. Riven's mobility is nearly as good as Yasuo, once Yasuo runs out of minions to dash to then Riven can easily chase you down.
It's a skill matchup but I would favor Riven to win most of the time. If Riven doesn't time Yasuo's Q properly and tries to initiate when his Whirlwind is primed then Riven will easily lose the fight. On the otherhand, Yasuo needs to time Riven's skills and initiate when they are on cooldown. It's not an easy matchup if both players are waiting for the other.

Yup learning the tricks of the death ray takes a bit but makes it really hard for people to figure out how to dodge if you do it right. Sometimes I will start it at the outer edge and drag back towards me if people get to used to backing off from it works well with agressive bruisers as they will think you missed and come in and then get rocked then drop slow field to prevent them from coming in to close.
