I got the hat and pet drop from Asmo, but I couldnt' figure out where the fuck to finish the supply crate. But, at this point I can't bring myself to bother.

For the people thinking its too easy. Shit starts getting real once you hit 50. Abyss dungeon bosses dont play around and you better PRAY you get some competent people in your group.

Ugh, started the last push to get to T2, trying to upgrade all my +12 gear to +15, so 3 upgrades each at 60 50 40% base chance, so average of 50%, 6items so expected 18fails 18successes on average. So far I'm at 19 fails and I have 2 armor pieces to do and at +13 on weap. Out of mats too with every island drained, have a few more daillies to do but yeah, not going well.

With how many mats you seemingly get from island chests and shit you'd think it'd be easy, but nope. Gonna do some chaos dungeon farming for weekly bags and hope I get enough after tomorrow reset.

Yeah, this is like the #1 reason I want to main Paladin. I have more fun on Shadow Hunter, but I can't even tell you how many shitter ass "DPS" Paladins I've seen.

I failed my weapon upgrade from 14 to 15 3 times. It put me a full day behind. When it worked and I didn't need to farm more t1 weapon fragments, I wanted to cry. Of course T2 chaos dungeons only dropped 2 armor pieces for me in my two runs to celebrate.

3times is baby shit, I've already failed the weap 4times from 12 to 13 and once from 13 to 14(and it's not 14 yet so it can still fail a few times). Also 2 more armor fails, so the total is like over 20 fails now for these levels. Out of literally every mat, it's fucking cancer. One upside is I've seen an item fail so much it had 100% chance to succeed again lol.

I'm at 580 so I'm not even that close either, still need 13 > 15 on 2 pieces of armor and my weapon. Depending on shards I might try 16 armor instead of 15 weap, we'll see once I empty the chaos dungeon shit.

And it's just T1, T2 I hear is even worse.

The mats required for 14 to 15 is trying 12 to 13 about 3 times, so having 2 failures at that stage is way worse. :)

It’s weird, there’s two sets of drops. So I got the paper hat I think from Stoopzs’ stream, but I got the little starter cache from Asmon’s stream. If you check the current campaigns, it’ll link to streamers that provide that particular drop. I think the next mount drop also comes from that three team race set.

So do you not just keep upgrading the drops from the first chaos you run? Sounds like people are using different sets. I just figured you kept upgrading the same set until t3.

When you start doing Abyss Dungeons(340 for first ones), you get currency from that, you can use said currency to upgrade from the blue chaos dungeon gear to purple first, and then orange with the 2nd set of abyss dungeons in rohendel. Basically you buy the purple/orange sets from a vendor then you can transfer your +lvl to that gear at the usual honing NPC and it's essentially free as long as you run the abyss dungeon once each, so there's no reason not to, they have set bonuses and stuff.

What got me thinking you couldn't was that it's NOT the abyss vendor that appear on the map that does that, that one just sells accessories. You'd think, oh yeah the abyss vendor does the abyss shit, but nope, it's another NPC that has the weapon vendor icon on the map that says "Craft Abyss Equipment". Which is fairly obvious once you read the tooltip/title, only that I just ignored the icon cause I thought it was a weapon vendor. Can find that guy around upgrade gear area usually(not in the abyss/chaos/guardian area).

Also in T2 you get a new set of blue gear(802 gear) that'll just replace all that shit, then you get another set of abyss dungeons to upgrade it, until T3. T3 I think is the same-ish but then you start getting actual raid gear too on top of that.

You can stay on blue but there's no point, you kinda want to run abyss dungeons for gold anyway, and they drop accessories with high chance of having your class engravings on them which is nice to get lvl 2-3 class engravings(although if you're like me you get 9accessories with the other class engraving so yeah).

This is so true and the unique name model can't scale with the way the industry is trending. There are actually games that I spent 20 minutes trying names only to be told they are all taken, and I finally got fed up.

Enjoying the open water adventuring - i just go event to event while playing TFT on the other screen. I remember in BDO it had similar things but weren't interesting to me at all, but this shit is quite chill and accessible.
