If the sliding window for gold raids is going to be Behemoth-Aegir-Brel2 it makes sense to do Echidna now if they aren't going to update solo raids until 6 or 12 months later. This would suggest that scales and eyes will be condensed into one material at a minimum (e.g. epic elixirs) and if they are doing that they might as well overhaul advanced honing in general for T4 costs.
More uncommon thoughts would be silver honing up to 1580 or 1600 as they completely nuke Akkan + Voldis gold. Silver for transcendence is above those levels so still shouldn't happen yet but maybe some system adjustments like tickets that make you start with Grace, etc.
People also have this pipe dream about new class w/ powerpass + another express literally on Dec 18 so people have time to get them Brel2 ready.

New class is Yoz, Beastmaster or Wildsoul however they refer to it. (Expect Amazon censorship will be a topic of discussion) Scroll weapon with transformations but the tripods determine if you summon the beast move or turn into them.
New raid is Thaemine for G1, then an actual insect boss G2, plus a G3. 1680 / 1700 requirements at end of January for KR. Only 4 Acts for the story so the last raid is Kazeros, will be another world first race like Thaemine that will occur before summer (before next LOA ON)
Guardian looks like a reskinned Moake from Punika.
Event type raid that will be on-off availability. Strike raids that could be 4-man or 8-man released end of March for KR. Reskinned Argos-type boss is shown.
Elixir/Transcendence changes. Simpler choices for elixirs, no chaos/order stacks, takes far less time. Transcendence is dice rolling like a board game, single path with special tile bonuses if you land on them.
Solo Thaemine and Echidna confirmed. Blue solo vendor has 20 dark fires for 120 medals / 10 echidna eyes for 140 medals. Will include more in-fight directions and tutorial guides.
New item like books for advanced honing. Reduced transcendence costs. T3 fusion mats on blue solo vendor. Gold nerf for Voldis, Thaemine, and KR Behemoth will match global (theirs was higher for some reason) Silver for honing to 1580? (need confirmation on this subs moved fast)

- New horizontal: Nukman's Illusion stone.

- Challenge dungeons/guardians will be removed due to younger players not making use of them as intended.

1) New continent, Rimeria, land of the Yoz. We're going to find Shandi.
2) New class: Wild Soul (basically a Druid with a retarded bear transform). Uses scrolls as a weapon and shapeshifting. Mage type with multiple forms.
3) Chapter 3 of Kazeros raid. Gate 1: Thaemine fight, Gate 2: Guardian of Chaos (insect boss), Gate 3: New Demon Legion Commander similar to Aegir. Act 3 is intended to be betwen Aegir & Brel difficulty wise (internal note: Aegir is face roll easy and Brel is ridiculously hard). 1680 / 1700 ilvl requirements.
4) Chapter 4 of Kazeros raid will be the final act against Kazeros. It will be the final boss and will be more challenging than even Thaemine with a new race release date before summer.
5) New cube, Guardian raid which includes a new Guardian raid map.
6) New 'Strike' raid. Two raids: Event type raid (8 man that requires 'progging') and a 4 man raid that should be very casual friendly (you can matchmake it).
7) Ark Passive extended to all areas of progression intended to render systems easy for new players. All accessories will be converted.
8) Changes to both Elixir & Transcendence. For Elixirs options will be incredibly straightforward and will take much less time to complete. No more order/chaos stacking. For transcendence they've basically made the board super easy and quick to complete (looks like they take about a minute each to do with much less chance of failure).
9) Solo mode Thaemine & Echidna. Both are significantly nerfed to match expected difficulty for solo mode, which is easy for a casual player to complete. Solo mode will give 80% of the rewards that normal mode gives and the shop will be available for all mats. Solo modes will also provide guides when doing them now alongside new random buffs that you'll receive.
10) Weird new instrument shit for casual players to play music together.

My feedback: Pretty garbage LOA ON - new class genuinely looks like trash. The changes to adv honing are nowhere near enough. Looks like all the time got spent on the new raids, trans/elixir fixes, & making solo mode viable to attract new players.
Edit: They just announced a second new class. Female Paladin. Female Paladin will be a support that can also DPS. It will be released in the summer (so way too far away to matter).

Advanced honing holds back alts at the high level, overall progression for mains at the middle level, and lowers get no help to do it in T3 so they are in the same situation as the middle bracket and hop to 1640 because it's the same problem.

I mean, I'm okay with this. RU announced that it will be Feb for them and AGS is clearly trying to push to get it before which is why they aren't giving an ETA. I have no issues whatsoever with them not promising anything right now and just saying it's TBD with the likely confirmation that it's Feb and potential that we get it before.

RU patch notes are out and give a few more details. T3 chaos dungeon change to 1/day is in. Honing 1580-1600 receives a slight nerf while 1600-1620 remains untouched. Elixirs have a 50% great success chance and -2 to +2 abilities all changed into 0 to +2

Given how fucking aids elixirs are I am glad they are unfucking it some. It’s such a worthless shit system, but in true lost ark fashion everything they introduce is evergreen and they will not remove shit just try and make them smaller bites to eat.
