I am quite certain it is the guy Lenardo thinks it is as well. Seems pretty obvious though, so maybe they'll actually change it up.

I also was expecting the wings on the beach to be the fake ones, and there to be a reveal at the end of him hiding them. But I guess the reveal we got will accomplish the same goal, eventually.

Will be cool if they use this plot point to show that Amenadiel, for as great as he is, is not above manipulation to get what he wants. Which is ironically somethingLuciferhas never done but everyone blames him for doing. All the time. With the mortality angle could be quite awesome. Would killingLucifersend him back to hell if he never actually manipulated anyone into doing anything? And that his original defiance of The Creator was all part of the plan, then how would that have been grounds to send him to Hell in the first place? If he was just following and never had Free Will in the first place, whether he knew it or not.

But this is probably way too much thought for this show.

Was thinking they were going for more of a Constantine angle where the show's about the devil doing good so he doesn't go to hell when he dies

they seem to be wrapping arcs up relatively fast - wings took two episodes( honestly i hoped it would take a lot longer), the "case" that got her shunned basically 3 episodes,

so will they wrap up that story line this season, or make it last throughout season 2?

looking at spoiler tv's cancellation chart, its under "safe bet"

4 episodes left this season.

Yeah it's avg between 4-5 million viewers. I hope it comes back for another season, I really enjoy the show.

There aren't too many episodes left this season, that's probably why they are wrapping things up quickly.

The one thing I hope they reveal in this season, is that Chloe learns that he is really the devil...or that will get old.

And I hope it's not subtle either, like she witness him going all out devil on someone while protecting her or something.

And then you get the fun how does somebody feel when they realize they have literally been working with the devil. Not only that but realize the devil both has the hots for you but you find him pretty funny too. What does that mean for the long term well being of your soul that the devil himself is taking an unhealthy interest in you.

I dunno, I think the show paints him in a picture of he was a good "person" but God needed someone to man Hell and as Gods favored he got stuck with the job. To me he's painted as a victim, so with that in mind as a viewer it doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Which is why religious people are flipping out over this show.

Mom's Episode is next week.

Last night on Lucifer- good story, i liked the priest, i liked howLuciferacted around him..Loved the emotion and banter of the two and the exposition it brought...
wanted the priest to live but....Damnluciferis strong- will cloe think about that?Luciferwho is maybe ~200lbs..one handedly picks up a guy at least 300lbs and is chocking the life with said hand.. the guy's feet ~2' off the ground...i wanted a touch more...punishment..Lucifer is the Devil the hell he could bring for killing his Friend.....

and Amenadiel..
bringing the bad cop back from Hell to KillLucifer, can we say pure...evil......bets on the end of the season being the Gunshot?

yeah that was a fantastic episode, priest interactions and the piano moments were amazing. This show will always be in my rotation as long as they have super hot LA chicks doing slutty things

i also firmly believe thatluciferis not mortal, but rather the chick cop is the only one who can hurt him for reasons to be explained. i bet the rogue cop shoots him and nothing happens

for an angel amenadiel is a dick

its too bad this show and better call saul air on the same night, I don't think its two shows you can watch back to back. I'm watchingLuciferthe night of, and BCS the next day since its a slower, more thoughtful kind of show

I'm sad to hear it's not doing too well in the ratings, although Fox as a whole is doing poorly and this is like their 3rd or 4th highest rated show.

I really hope it's renewed as it is probably my favourite show right now, not the best, just so entertaining and fun.

The god depicted in the bible is the universe's biggest dick, so of course his minimes are going to be dicks too.
