The false assumption you're making is that the deep state isn't running both the blackmailer and the blackmailee.

The deep state wrote that letter to itself. Tom Delonge is a nice, well-meaning guy, but he's Negative Harvest. A plot to partially disclose the "truth" about Ayy's, and how awesome the government and military industrial complex are because they've been protecting us all these years from the "Bad Guys".

Positive Harvest was Dr. Steven Greer, who's pushing the agenda that all Ayy's are good guys, and the government is "misguided".

The truth is we're in quarantine on Earth, because the Universe is full of life forms smarter that us that recognize humans as a threat to ourselves. Earth is the retard rickshaw, and some of the rickshaw 'tards (deep state) figured out how to make a deal with the Admins so they could run the Rickshaw.

Fuck, there's just too much to explain. With Negative Harvest announced, the rules of the game (IE, what I can tell people without getting killed like Chris and Chester) changed.
