Im kind of in the same boat now. Its really fucked up too because I was like 2 fucks away from being a sex addict. If I was not balls deep into my wife, I was looking for something to fap to on the intraweb. But all this has changed in the past year or so. I dont even have the urge to fap anymore. Yes, my wife has stayed in shape and I'm quite happy on that front, I normally like to just read at night. I have no issues with being with my wife, just finding I'd rather not have sex. We are getting along quite well we spend a good bit of time and work out together almost every day. I mentioned awhile ago that since my vasectomy a few years back my orgasms are like a total flop, sex is still enjoyable but the ending is just bleh, I think over time it has made sex more focused on her which has slowly turned it into becoming slightly one sided that causes me to lose interest. I'm fine if she just wants to finish solo if she is feeling horny we don't hide that sort of thing she can just do that when I'm there it's just causing her to think I'm not interested in her. Sex without orgasms is still fun but I guess I'm realizing it is starting to have a psychological affect on me.

Anything else changed in your life? Gained weight? stopped exercising? eating different? I am 36 and went through something very similar a few months ago. I was eating like crap and just feeling like crap as well. I made an effort to be more healthy and the libido returned.
I was curious to see Gavinmad's posts and what I learned was that you can't link searches that way.

Only changes for me is the other direction. I keep upping my game every year. I'm not overweight, I'm very active. I run 35-40 miles a week. Once or twice a year I travel to the west coast with my wife for some serious hiking/climbing. We are doing some fourteeners in Colorado this year. I have been training more lately than normal which is maybe just making me tired but that's not something I really want to back off on, have a personal goal to hike 2,000 miles this year. I am learning to speak German so maybe Germans don't like sex and that's the problem.

Have you considered that you might be too tired and this is driving your libido down? Fatigue really can cut into it a lot, especially if you are milking the endorphin high from all these other activities.

I freaking hate winter, if it wasn't for school concerns with my kids I'd move in a heart beat to the west coast.
I have sometimes have felt that maybe men have a hormonal cycle that is rather long, I have at times felt this way but for only shorter periods. This has been maybe 2 months maybe it will pass as winter does.
