try to avoid most with Treasure Rooms and only a few that use story checkpoints are worth the time, like Hunting Season is normally pretty quick, but all depends on how many other people are in the area. ones that have you kill one of the story bosses are better. but again some like Grim Reaper have you wandering around looking for the door. Some are longish but also a good change of pace, but other like "Doomstadt Village Raid" drive me bonkers unless also doing that part of the story or something.
don't know about BP, but understand he is very strong, red terminals are better for end reward xp.
what i normally do until strong, get LQ in Terminal, pick green, do most of the kill task and take out the boss, start same in red finish kill task, bodyslide out. 10 collect shards, get fortune card which is most times a boost.
problem is rerolling eats up cash like crazy and hunting for quest crap kills xp/boosts.
midtown with a group can be very good for LQ, but a couple can be a headache at times.
these seem to go pretty fast
Anti-elitism, Hold the line, Interloper intervention, Necessary Roughness, No big deal, Paramilitary putdown, Techno-virus termination, The tendrils of Limbo
these are slower, as may have to wait till they cycle through
Who scrutinizes the Sentinel?, Subterranean smack-down
these two can sometimes take awhile, they don't seem to have that many spawn points
End the brute violence, Cleaning house
as with terminals, the lower on the list you go, the longer they can take, except for kurse.
pretty sure x defense level groupings are x0 to x9, i find when it is best try these when at the top range, i join, check out my group and then pop xp boost. you don't want to waste it if teammates are in the lower part of the level range or dps lacking. most times need 2 good single target dps and 2 AoE to get far. more than 1 tanky hero, probably not going to get past round 10.
holo-sim, depends on your AoE, again no idea on BP. if you game it can be great xp. only do 1-3 rounds at a time and you want those to be horde waves.
earlier on, venom/hulk/modok waves are easy enough, but later on not worth the effort.
when you want to quit, be sure to do 1 thing, where it is kill or help a civilian, then die, so you can collect the reward and it will count a finished wave on the daily shared quest.
