Just found some H.A.M.M.E.R. Ordinance, +82 damage, chance to knockback on hit. It dropped from the Mr. Sinister green daily from the half man half tank mobs.

Pretty much all I do for bosses is just hold down my armor buster on them and just bodyslide out of the way of their attacks.
Totally debating on buying Deadpool, talk me in or out of it.

be warned that I have met a Cable and a Black Widow who were bored out of their skulls because the characters were too badass.
Everyone will probably wind up purchasing bank tabs and the occasional retcon if they keep playing, it looks like having different outfits may figure into the real end game, after level cap. Only buy Deadpool if you are that big a fan.
I just got Hawkeye to 30 and his special is pretty kickass in tandem with screeching arrow. I used my Retcon Device and I thought I totally screwed up my spec when I noticed that the first level single arrow attack is amazingly fast now. With the screeching arrow, explosion arrow and a now brutal single arrow basic attack I just brutalized the M.O.D.O.K green daily and got a bow upgrade and the gold M.O.D.O.K. +70 damage/taunt medal! Knowing the rate of fire I have now I can still tweak Hawkeye into a murder machine.

He's pretty fun and has a lot of good voice over lines if you like goofy shit. he can also warp around the map which is probably my favorite part about him. I can clear out the dailies in like 20? minutes if I just feel like killing the end bosses.

SW is way better right now, or at least way quicker. I played the Thing first and while I like his style he definitely needs a defense buff. The good news is a game wide defense buff is on the way. My advice is to play SW until that buff comes. My Thing is on the bench until then.
For Scarlet Witch I've spent points mainly on the main bolt series, the aoe fire, the aoe damage shield, and the aoe root. It rips through packs very, very easily. It works great on most bosses when grouped. But I've found soloing bosses extraordinary tough due to the fact her rate of fire on the bolt is slow (so a missed shot is more painful, atleast compared to Cyclops who I leveled first), and her slow movement rate, which makes it very difficult to physically dodge damage or to quickly reposition. Add the fact her Hex Orb (I think that's the name, the one that stuns) doesn't work on bosses, and well, I've found I'm better off not using her on Bosses or the challenges.
Playing her however in a group, or even just duoing with my girlfriend (playing her Jean Gray), is fantastic.

Is this more of a later levels issue? My Thing is at like 15 and he doesn't take jack shit for damage.
The thing is basically a pure tank, you can spec him to take a lot of damage through blocking, great for groups not that great solo later on. Think the hulk is better on damage in that department. Have a friend who built thing as a tank,

Taunt and Bashful Benny will get you through a lot of of fights if you are in a party, but Bashful Benny is nearly useless if you don't have a party.

I found scarlet witch really weak endgame, and thing pretty decent. SW is a beast at aoe early on, but when we do M2 groups and challenges she's always dead
Thing is very good, and since his granite defence negates 50% damage or whatever and is not based on def, he's one of the few melee that are actually able to stay alive in boss fights. I find him a bit cumbersome though.
Ive taken the thing, black widow, captain america and ms marvel to around 30+, hard to pick one to focus on.

I made my thing damage spec, and its a beast. Red damage shield is really good, granite defence takes care of your sustainability, I found it a waste to make it tank specced. Apologies if youre talking 60 but at 30, with the damage shield, points in block and the rest dps I found Thing to be very long lived and one of the highest DPS. Based it off a stream I watched where a guy did ungodly damage, but took very little. Looked like this:
I am in Chapter 7 going to power through to the end of the game and hope I get a Deadpool out of it then if I don't I will buy him.

Teamed up with Skribble, or rather Hawkeye and Captain America teamed up to take down Doom and his castle of goons in a cosmic unreality with relative easy. Good times many upgrades.
