It depends on which version of the other characters you get.

Iron Man defeated the Hulk when he was in Worldbreaker mode.

Black Panther a few years back could beat anyone in the Marvel Universe.

In both cases, when the characters were given full prep time, there's pretty much no one they couldn't beat.

You are assuming he knows how to use it. Nebula had the entire Infinity Gauntlet and lost to the Avengers, since she didn't know how to use it.

Yeah, most people forget Spidey has super strength; he's stronger than anyone in that picture (physically). And frankly, his precognition (Spider Sense)+Super reflexes, depending on how the comic writer writers it? Makes him either slightly OP or super ridiculously OP, even without his super agility and strength.

In any case, in that picture, Iron Man's side would wreck Cap's side. Black Panther is even with Cap. Hawk Eye/Black widow are even. Iron Man could beat Winter Soldier. War Machine> Ant man in combat. And Vision easily mops up (lol) Falcon and Carter. Cap's side pretty much needs Spider Man to have a shot. (Or there needs to be, as someone else said, the whole "Super leadership" angle. I could see Tony leading his team like shit because of his personality while Cap is awesome.)
