Tyen and Trex start to make reading the board a chore. They splatter their shit in nearly every forum. Meanwhile, they find it 'oh so funny' between themselves.
Soon after? or so as I remember, the board got taken over by a virus, or Tyen's bots, or a pixel.
I'm sure I've fucking up that order, but I've really tried to forget. It was a shame, because I got some really good chuckles from Tyen before all that went down.
I think someone ended up saying something to the brains of the operation about hey, we'd like to not have virus warnings on the forum and he went on some furoresque rant about how he was the provider and not to question him and needles to say that pissed a lot of people off.

I remember when Searx ragequit. It was back when Emma Watson was a child and somebody posted about how cute she was and few others joined in. Searx posted he thought a different child actor was cuter and preferred her child acting and like everybody rushed to that calling him a child molester and he was like WTF? I thought we were comparing child actors!> All laughed him off and he posted only once in awhile from that point. He was made fun of and misrepresented in memes for times on out. He was annoying and not worth defending, but I had agreed with him.

Early on when Trex was new she was going up against Ravv (and probably any other woman on the forum, I think at least Etoille as well) and acting like she was supreme fashionista and Ravv was laying down her typical Ms. Furor smack talk rants at Trex. Of course everyone was hanging on Ravv's ovaries at the time and cheering her on. Little did they know that in the long run the swamp donkey would prove to be a much classier lady, admittedly a low mark to reach compared to a shitcock sucking pill addicted prostitute.
Ravv probably did know more about fashion than Trex though because "OMFG he bought me acoachbag???" All class.

FoH had been rudderless for a while. Nearly everyone had become jaded enough to realize nothing would bring the old EQ magic back, WoW was already old hat by that point, and the forums didn't have a driving force anymore. We couldn't lie to ourselves -- FoH wasn't dying, but it certainly wasn't growing.
Tyen took that member malaise as an opportunity to turn the forums into his own little experimental sailboat. When confronted, he'd always play it off like he had no power and give an 'aw shucks' answer along with a knowing smirk, but ultimately it came to a head, and all his meddling bullshit blew up.
As with anything, you shouldn't shit where you sleep... but shit and sleep he did. The second he invited Trex into the mix and gave her power, the whole situation spiraled into a black hole. In retrospect, the two of them are perfect for each other -- they both have that insufferable sense of humor where they say and do obnoxious things, get called out on it, and just turn around and laugh as if their shit doesn't stink. It's that special brand of narcissistic humor where they think they're the only ones in on the 'joke' and that's the only thing that matters.
The more Tyen got called out and the more people shit on Trex, the worse it got, until eventually everything collapsed in upon itself. Without Tyen and Trex, FoH would have likely drifted farther and farther into obscurity, but with them, it got sent over the cliffs.

And they were roommates with Req, who owned the site and ran it on the technical end supplying his own massive server hardware for hosting. After the virus warning shit, Req basically came out and said he didn't give a hot fuck and good luck finding somewhere else to host the site with this much reliability and see ya later if you want to try. Req literally told us it didn't matter to him if the board went belly up or not so go take it somewhere else like we were threatening. So basically they had the admin in their back pocket and he didn't care and didn't participate in the community or play MMO's/games anymore so we were up the fucking creek.

Everything he posted was gold, I think it was Kiksar that made a shopped pic that summed up the whole argument between him and Jerle. It was amazing.
I really wish I could go through the old FoH site without having to deal with an archive, would be great to link all the material from the old site.

Okay bro, so here's the thing. I was prepared to sit down here and give you a fully fleshed out version of everything I know about the story but then realized I don't even remember enough small details to make it worthy. So let's see...group compilation for history?
OK so, this is a good place to start. Few things.
Tyen is a generally well liked poster with a fondness for EQ most of us can relate to. Everything seems normal.
Enter Trex.
Tyen's incessant fucking posting gets out of hand, (if you were around when I was spamming screenshots around '06, imagine that multiplied by a literal 50 or more) and also increasingly in sync with user name Trex or Trexxy or whatever the fuck she was at the time.
Like the majority of women or trannies that have ever stepped into this glorious domain, Trex begins attention whoring and flailing her soggy vaginal hysteria across the boards like some broad spilling cheap champagne at a shitty wedding. I mean this bitch was fucking everywhere, in every forum, every post, just posting the most ridiculous and irrelevant shit that usually ended up tying together in some sort of 'heahahah see I'm a girl and I can b funny 2 lol dont u think so' while also trying to adapt to the general feeling of the boards and failing miserably. Most posters do. All. Most. All. Wakandan dick. Most. On top of that, she would constantly reiterate the fact that she was Tyen's complete bitch if not with direct phrases like 'I am Tyen's bitch' then just with their general hip attached asshatted tomfoolery that began to get old the second it started for multitudes of annoyances I cannot even begin to explain. Imagine the way people flood Screenshots (which they mostly did) but like I said earlier, in every single forum. It was cancerous and as the two's trolling picked up steam and some board members started following the two around in posts just essentially adding fuel to the fire everywhere. I guess they were empowered by some of the laughs they got (because some of the shit was legitimately funny at times) and went overboard. This is where shit starts to get weird, serious, and eventually destructive for the entire board.
