I thought of a "Valla" character when i sae the crossbow option, with the hood etc.

Backside has a mag, wierd for sure.

I'm almost done painting up my small scale Idoneth Deepkin army for Age of Sigmar. I was wondering, does anyone know any groups that play Age of Sigmar on Table Top Simulator. I have never actually played the game lol.

Little weird, but Army Painter is coming out with a speed paint variant of their Metallics.
Along w/ an upgraded speed paint, as their old version reactivated way too easily.

Quick and dirty version. Rather finish a few minis than fall into the "try to make it as good as the pro's" and still failing and getting mad.

I have no stuff to make cool bases though, will just paint it some castle gray color.

What do you really need to make cool bases, apart from some basing material from the hobby store, or even a pinch of sand and a few pebbles? When I was a broke ass teenager I did bases with just a little of bit of sand and painted over it, it looked not bad at all. For basic gaming, it more than suffices.

I've been working on my first real painting project: Imperium magazine necrons and ultramarines. Im starting to get a decent amount of them caught up with where I'm at in issues. I'm just going for getting the right paint in the right areas at this point. I want to have a fair amount of practice before I move on to some other model sets I've picked up.

How did you paint that cloak? Any special techniques or paints?

It's glorious. Another piece of inspiration for me to get off my ass and actually throw down the money for a kit and a starter army. Still not decided on faction.

All built and two painted. One thing I dislike with the models is all the mould lines and big ass nubs in visible places. The Gunpla world is much better in that regard.
