Hey Cincinnati, can we get a refund on Johnny Cueto? Holy god he's been a trainwreck

5.43 ERA since coming to the Royals, and has given up 16 Earned runs in his last 2 starts now. He's getting worse.

Lamb got his first win the other night! And against the Cards!

Royals need to stop trading for big name players. It never works for them.

The only trades they ever come out ahead in are the ones where they are picking up developing talent with potential.

I mean cueto is going to get better, it's not like he only had this season as being good. Hopefully it's in time to help though

something about counting chickens before they hatch. I still trust the astros to miss the playoffs.

Not sure if you're being optimistic of the rangers taking division or the astros blowing their lead because astros.

Nothing about my life as a MN sports fan leads me to believe they will maintain.
Minneapolis, Kansas City, Cleveland. It's fitting that we are all in the same MLB division, because maybe no other major sports towns have suffered as long as those 3 cities(across all sports combined, not just baseball)

None of those cities have won an NFL championship in at least 40 years(if ever)
None of those cities have won an MLB World Series in at least 20 years(if ever)
The Cavaliers and Timberwolves have never won crap in the NBA (and KCs NBA team moved to Sacramento in the 80s)

yeah...big piles of pro sport suckage all around.

The astros are still in the wildcard race at least. If the twinkies werent so bad at winning, perhaps they'd have a chance. Also boo at the person who said minnesota never did anything. Twinkies have one of the most thug world series wins in the history of mankind. They did everything short of stabbing people before the game to cheat their way to a win against the braves in 1991.

I'm not giving up hope yet, but it does not look good right now. Even though they still have another 9 game homestand, there is still another series with Texas and they finish with 6 on the road.
