Pretty sure the Dodgers aren't getting Bauer back this year. Seems like this other story is BS, but in this climate and #metoo, he is already fucked in the eye of the public. So MLB will not let him play again, I am sure.

Ohtani's game last night was crazy. Owned the mound and 40th HR was a monster. He had a bit of a slump after the ASG, but I am hoping to see him gain some speed.
Also, Adell seems to be gaining some confidence. His grand slam a couple nights ago, a crazy catch and pick at second last night, then this catch earlier in the week.

Judge Dianna Gould-Saltman determined Bauer did not pose a threat to the San Diego woman, who claimed that Bauer committed non-consensual sexual acts over the course of two sexual encounters that began consensually, according to the Los Angeles Times.

So what does this really mean though? The restraining order is denied, but what does that actually mean in terms of him playing again? They are still investigating the criminal charges, and MLB is going to extend the administrative leave I am sure. So he continues to not play while they decide to charge him or not, and then if they don't he will still probably get some suspension from MLB because #metoo.

hos need to understand that they shouldn't brag about how they are about to get paid by tricking a rich guy into some rough sex. She did some things right. Indicating that she's into the rough stuff to get the guy's attention. Lets face it, a rich famous guy gets approached by some many women offering vanilla sex that those won't even register on his radar. Plus as an added bonus she'll get bruised up the "right way" for evidence. But then she fucked up. She got greedy. She went for a second meet. You just don't do that. It should be a one time thing and then straight to hospital and then it's police report time. Going in for the second round gives him an argument that she actually liked rough sex and first time was fine. Then he could argue that the second time was not rougher at all, might have been even milder. Also don't wait to get checked out by doctors. She's clearly an amateur at this
