Man, I don't know what to make of this. That dude either got duped, and probably didn't even really think twice about age - because let's be real Latina chicks mature quickly, and I don't think age is as big of a deal in Latin America... Or he lied about being 18 to be in a relationship with a younger girl? I don't know, it looks like she has a kid, but once again she could've had that kid at like 12. What a mess.
