Wait, worse than pete rose at what?I'm on the Dodgers bandwagon for this series. I just love Ohtani, even if he is 1000x times worse than Pete Rose.

Call me biased, huge fan since the announcement that he was signed by the Angels. There was zero evidence that he had any knowledge of Ippei's activities. All of the payments were made in 2023, after his largest MLB contract was signed and other brand deal money had come in. All after a point where he had to have any concern over the day to day of his bank account.I'm on the Dodgers bandwagon for this series. He would definitely win the Walter Payton equivalent trophyCall me biased, huge fan since the announcement that he was signed by the Angels. Unless he is some sort of super villain able to have multiple personalities, I give him the benefit of the doubt. As is, by his on field and interview personality, he would probably out right apologize if he had done anything wrong. He has such a unique personality between himself and other players and the umpires. If MLB had any trophy the equivalent of the Lady Byng, he would have won it multiple times in his short so-far career.
At the very least he'd have money on the winner. He would definitely win the Walter Payton equivalent trophy
“Yeah he seems like a super nice dude on YouTube interviews, I’m sure the guy who signed a $700 million dollar contract would totally own up and apologize if he was actually involved in a betting scandal.”Call me biased…
