So I'm making my picks now. I was just gonna go gut on every pick and get it out of the way, which has historically not worked well for me, but only got one fight down and was derailed. MacDonald/Ellenberger is breaking my brain. Rory is definitely the hot hand, but Ellenberger has a lot more high level experience. Rory is a tool, Ellenberger comes off as a pretty cool guy. Both are durable as fuck, both are big 170s, both are well rounded, both have good gas tanks.

Gut says Ellenberger by decision, but I'm going with youth. Rory is younger so he should have improved more since his last fight. Either way this is your Fight of the Night(and maybe year) as long as they don't decide to give it to a chick fight because "DURRR ERRYONE NOES DA GIRLS IS TRYING HURD!!".

Speaking of chick fights, Carmouche/Andrade should be pretty great=P Good card over all, toploaded like all Fox cards but competitive throughout.

BTW, does anyone have a more accurate nickname than Ruthless Robbie Lawler? He hasn't won a fight by anything but vicious KO since2005. Can't believe he's only 31, seems like he's been fighting for decades.

I hope Ellenberger rapes his stupid face off. Yeah, it's petty of me to hate Rory over that BJ Penn match, since it's more BJ's fault than anything for stepping up to welterweight at 300 years old, but fuck that douchebag moosejockey for dancing around like an idiot and taunting a legend.

Rory is legit a bit fucked in the head. He's like is War Machine wasn't a mongoloid and had more skill. Iwanthim to get pasted. I expect an amazing fight and him with the split decision.

BTW any one who has not seen Condit/MacDonald needs to go find it right now. Most underrated fight of the last 5 years. I remember when it happened I don't even think it was nominated for fight of the year, fucking Anderson/Chael I super overrated fight won.

I want Jake to hulk smash Rory so bad. Although on cardio Grimm, both Rory and Jake have gassed hard in the third before, hopefully it ends before that.

The "good gas tanks" comment is mostly based on Rory/Penn and Ellenberger/Hieron, last distance fights for each. Though now that you mention it I do remember Jake wearing down vs. Diego for sure. Though he's a real pace pusher.

I guess "decent" gas tank would be more accurate=P
