My thought to that and retarded tattoos is that in the lower circuits they need to do that to get noticed. I guess it's true of the UFC of lower and midtier guys, a huge percentage of UFC viewers only really know the top 10% of the roster.

I guess I never really thought of that, but it does make sense. Well, for the hair at least. Tattoos are far more "normal" and acceptable I would say.
