she got voted female fighter of the year by at least a couple of sites so got boost from that. she said last month or so, that the ufc offered to trade for her, but the pfl declined. this was in the mma feed today

while not a majority, weili is listed as underdog on ufc's site too. bestfightodds only shows back to 3-2020, and she has been the fav in her last 5.

Ok, I have a feeling that Dricus will win and here's why. Usually Strickland relies on wearing the guy out and a pretty solid defense. I just think that Dricus has similar cardio and a more varied attack. Now saying that, Strickland is one of my favorite fighters so I'll be happy if he wins.

Vegas just trying to get money on both sides. Most of the money has probably been going to Weili up to this point, for obvious reasons. So, they're likely trying to get money on the other side now too.

Dricus reminds me of an evolved Chris Leben. Eats shots to throw shots, and just brawls with engage disengage style. Face tanks anything during a push then disengages and does it again. Dricus truly doesn't care about getting hit as long as he gets off. Messy.
It's a spectacle, so even if he's not well-liked people will appreciate the oldschool tough guy era of UFC he puts on. Insane gas tank and chin.
