It's crazy how much EMN prices have tanked already. I tested the box mapping technique last night and it worked 100%. All of my mythics came from the same pack art.

Sad to see Damnation wasn't in this FTV. I'd love to see that and Goblin Guide reprinted sometime.

Speaking of those old cards, if anyone has a bulk amount of shit they don't use or care about
anymore and want to get rid of em, send me a PM of a general idea of what you've got and let's see if we can work something out. I have a bunch of comics, toys, cards etc or even some cash. Trying to build up a heftier collection - don't care particularly which block they are coming from as long as they aren't proxies.

Nah it's a fair question but the simple answer is part nostalgia and also I have lost all of my old collection so I don't even have regular old staple commons to play freeform kitchen table with my buddies who have their old shit and I would love to get back into that.

Good laugh today from the Pro Tour. Wizards is apparently going to be manually fixing last round pairings instead of letting pairings be made naturally, to make sure they've got suspenseful matches with storylines for coverage.

"Pro"motional Tour indeed.

What a weird experiment. I thought the coming changes to top 8 would already make the final rounds of an event better just by reducing draws. Why go and try to 'force' pairings?

Found an Invasion expansion customer survey sheet in my basement. Tempted to fill it out and send it in to Wizards. I have to let them know that Fires of Yavimaya is OP before it's too late!
