There it is. A basketball fan that rooted for MJ and then replaced him with Lebron is not a basketball fan, it is simply someone that casually watches a game they don't understand very much to see the once every half century superstars ply their craft. You feel about basketball how the rest of us feel about the gold medal winners in the Olympics but you take too far. Sure, we act like armchair quarterbacks because that is what sports fans do; but we also realize that we are out of our depth arguing how trancendent Usain Bolt is compared to the past, present, and future of sprinters becuase no one is a die hard sprinting junkie. You are out of your depth arguing about basketball absent Lebron becuse you are a Lebron fan, not a basketball fan.

Basketball fan.

Not a basketball fan.
Reminds me of a guy I knew in the military; "my two teams are the bulls and lakers". Wanted to slap him in the face for his douchebaggery. Its guys like him that really turned me off of sports. Tards who could only repeat how many championships their team won 20 years ago. That or bandwagoning because xyz team is doing really good and not shutting the fuck up about it.

Meh, I don't have as much of a problem for people who have two teams in different leagues/conferences. I'm an A's and Reds fan. And a Bengals and (minor) 49ers fan. The only time there's ever a conflict of interest in either is once every few years when they play each other in the regular season or if they were to play each other in the World Series/Super Bowl. In that case, fuck the A's/49ers. Although I chose my teams due to my geographic region, not success.

Neither of these guys are in competition with Durant or James for MVP but I really don't think we should look past the absolutely amazing seasons both Kevin Love and Goran Dragic are having.

Whichever one of you fucks gets Love on your team in two years will be lucking out. He's a pretty big shithead but I don't think enough people realize just how good he is.

Almost as good as Carmelo Anthony!
Hahahahhaha. No.

Carmelo was 23-35 and 6-11 from 3 and 10/10 FT with 13 reb and of course ZERO assists. BTW only player to score 60+ without an assist other than Kobe, go figure lol.

LeBron was 22-33, 8-10 from 3 and 9/12 FT with 7 reb and 5 assists.

I'm thinking if LeBron takes two more shots he scores more than 62 np.

Both games were sick though, obviously. I'm just glad LeBron is showing you scrubs he can score with the best of them when he wants to. Dude could average 35 npnp.

Earlier this season in November, after Rudy Gay scored just 29 points on 37 field goal attempts in a game against Houston, James declared that he could score twice that.

"If you give me 37 shots in a game, I'd put up 60, easy," James said then.

On Monday, he scored 61 points on 33 shots -- against a top-ten defense, no less. Sometimes, it looked like he didn't even break a sweat out there on the court.

And that might be James' greatest accomplishment: James makes history-making look easy.

Has there been anyone in this thread that has ever denied Lebron could score with the best of them? We may not suck his cock the way you do, but I have yet to see anyone actually bash the guys ability to play, or score for that matter.

Yes, plenty. That's one of the main reasons people list KD as being "better" than LeBron.

Only 20 points shy of Kobe!
28-46, 7-13 3, 18-20 FT. Dumb. Barely 60% from the floor and 18 of his 81 from the FT line. Not to mention one more FG made on 13 more shots and 1 less 3 made on 3 more shots. LeBron shot over 70% from the floor sir.

Kobe isn't even in the same atmosphere as LeBron.

I am pretty sure a single stat counts when it comes to points scored in a match, and that's not the number of assists.

Last I heard 62>61. Also 62 > 'could have been 64 but ended up being 61.'

Learn basic numbers bro. Kobe was 28/46. So over 60%. Lebron's a better player but Kobe's game was way way better than Lebron's
