Way to be over-reactive about something you have a bad word filter for, but not react AT ALL to people who are being so disruptive they are single-handedly ruining multiple others play time.

I got banned in 2002 for saying ni**er in say because I asked a Shaman politely for SoW in the Nexus and he told me he wasn't a Shaman and couldn't SoW (had Epic on too). I was a dumb teenager and that kind of language was used all around me. I hate people that spout that shit now, but I was 15 and my account had NO previous warnings and back then they were still using the 3 warning system before a ban. I called, I even had my mom call and beg them, over and over and they would not lift the ban. Worst thing to ever happen to me in my mind at 15 haha. Sigh, things haven't changed much.

Since when does the entire damn island of spectres in OOT engage on pull? I swear it was possible to single pull those fuckers in '99, but I can't accomplish it for the life of me, even using FD.

They've ruined so many "money" camps while leveling up. Nybright sisters rarely drop bronze now, Sisters of Erollisi don't have weapons anymore, dwarven guards drop rusty weapons, etc. etc.

Dwarven citizens still have 8pp weapons every single time. But yeah, they've ruined a lot. I was never able to pull specs solo tho. Always had to kite like crazy to break spawns.

That island is a bitch to split, but once you have it broken it shits plat all over you.

Yeah I was a bit disappointed. It's not reduced to mass wisp farming in nektulos near CL zoneline or permafrost ice giants/seafuries or KS'ing the shit out of people in rathe at HGs.

Also if you can get undead island to yourself the gargoyles pump out more plat than spectres. A third of the time you'll get 2 eyes off one mob which nets you 20plat.

Funny, CS results page lists it as "Disruption" - but your moral code has always been suspect anyhow. Believing liars isn't surprising.

Heck, as a protip for the future, longest boot you'll get for being mouthy in anyway without it being something that exacerbates something else is a 24 hr suspension. And even for that you'd have to be a many time repeat offender.

So the groups you guys are getting in... are they all need if can use, greed if not? Or just need on anything worth money? Cause minimal amount of shit drops for casters obviously, so these groups are always defaulting loot to shitty melee.

Mixed for me. Some do all need(which is weird), most do greed and need if you can wear it. I think the all need comes from sometimes pugs just need no matter what, so you want to at least have a chance.

There's also the occasional group where they don't use advloot and usually the melee grab everything(if there are any) or 1 caster does, as the rest are sitting and medding.

You mean like vendor stuff? Unless someone is assigning loot to only melee or no ADV loot(so they are picking it all up) not sure how its "Defaulting". Just pick w/e the melee are doing, either Always Need or Always Greed(unless its a named drop etc where it matters who it goes too).

Lol? Plenty of caster loot camps also. If melee is getting loot designed for melee, I see no problem. You'd be pissed as a caster if SMR drops and some melee took it.

As usual I can't decide what to play, so I have an SK, a Shammy, a Druid, and a Wizard. (all one acct. no boxing unfortunately)

So far, at low levs, it's the same as I expected, except for the difficulty single pulling shit, as mentioned above. Proximity pulling seems to be fucked up, but ehh, no biggie.

Biggest shock to my system is how slow leveling is; I'd gotten used to face rolling in EQ2.
