Pffft, was more like 1 hour. I woke up and reviewed my logs and realized the guy who batphoned couldn't add. The real funny part was when Apok showed up after we left and sat there for hours thinking his window was up too.
In no way is this the classic experience. The moment they even allowed the concept of Krono to enter in, it no longer became about actually killing dragons. In that context, that comment makes total sense, as they're allowing armies of mages to do whatever they want. They need to follow the P99 paradigm: one account per ip.
It's weird how this same shit just happened on Lockjaw too... A guild came in and socked CT for like six hours when CT was not in window. We showed up later and then they left... Like, thanks for clearing fear bro's.
Three things would've make this server a bazillion times better:
Would have been nice to have seen this actually... I'm curious how this would have actually impacted server population? Would have been cool to have a server completely full of actual players.
Simple solution: Remove all pet spells from the server. Create new identically named spells which summon more properly tuned pets and put them in the proper locations etc. May be a lot of "busy" work but it's certainly not difficult. Of course you'd have to have done it before launch, so it's moot now.
