No, it actually has lots of FFA. Midnight-noon EST every single day is FFA. Only noon-midnight has any rotation. So if CT spawns at 2 am it's always FFA, if it spawns at 2 pm it always rotation.

Draekon I wouldn't worry too much man, think about the past week which was only week 1. Mobs have only popped for these clowns during their primetime while they had full raid forces and they still took the 3 hours and failed to some. These people are from excitable guilds who just want to cause us issues because they couldn't compete.

LOL, where do you come up with this crap? 1) We've never bind rushed anything to date on the server. 2) We didnt wipe 3) We had about 10 people die I think max...I swear you spew so much bullshit I think you're starting to believe it. Just like you spew bullshit and attempt to make people believe you have anyone on the servers best interest but your own...Please, who the fuck do you think you're kidding?
This rotation stuff is an absolute joke. It shouldn't exist period, but if it does exist it needs to be fair to all parties. The problem is really the shit should be instanced at this point, we shouldn't have to be putting in all these stupid hours to make sure this rotation works the way it does.
The rotation that you guys pushed, literally fucks every guild on the server. You understand that no matter how the rotation plays out, statistically TL gets approximately the same amount of raid content? If you guys think we're pushing this for the benefit of our guild its because you're either bad at math or you're trying to strangle hold the smaller guilds from dominating your poorly led guild.

I think the root of all the issues is their lack of customer support. If they would be more proactive and helpful they would have solved this rotation BS by now, training would be happening less, hacking would happen less etc. Instead people get away with training unless you fraps them or wait for a guide to show up, which only happens after people get off work. Bots are all over because of it, now we have daily rotation drama because CSRs are too busy playing EQ2 or some bullshit to help hand hold us into a set rotation. I mean FFS this is their idea, forced upon us, and they arent even proactively helping us. What a shit company, toss something onto your playerbase and watch them fight over it like a shark feeding frenzy, how toxic. If you're going to be laissez-faire about it, then be completely laissez-faire.
I mean shit theres that post about some guy running bots for a quest making 3-4p/hr per char and supposedly has at least 20 chars doing it 24 hours. I've also met someone who makes over 500 kronos a week AFK. Now they want to make a third server, they cant even properly manage the first two.
It's like each progression server gets noticably worse than the other. It becomes less progression each time. At this point to me, any sane person would only be playing this for financial gain, cause this shit aint fun.
And at this point, why the fuck dont we just instance hate and fear, sans raid bosses? I mean fear isnt as bad since you cant just gate right to it or enter it if the zone isnt clear, but hate is a clusterfuck. A good 90 people at least during light hours (EST) and its all a fucking smash and grab for every cleric or revenant up. Every 4 hours its just nuts. People are training, ksing each other.
At one point I said fuck it and started pushing my weight around, had a bard from remnants pulling shit right from under me, and then crying to thraka that I'm being rude when I just nuke it dead before he can blink. If you're going to pull every damn thing in the zone with 90 people expect to be contested. But man I thought phinny was bad, hate is just like lguk undead during primetime v2.0.
Let's not get into their retarded mini bosses. I did ashenbone broodmaster lastnight, 8 mages took me a good 30 minutes, just so the stupid mob can drop NOTHING. This thing is rampaging and one shotting my phinny water pets but drops nothing. What a half ass job.

They aren't oblivious as to what's going on, they just refuse to discuss the matter. They realized how poorly they screwed up and have no idea how to fix it without pissing everyone off, there's going to be a ton of collateral damage no matter how they answer it.
Holly is more concerned with EQ2 right now than anything going on with EQ1. In discussions with Holly she basically told me that the original rotation was pushed falsely as she thought we were ok with the changes Apok had made to it, she later found out she was lied to but it was too late as she had already told Roshen to enforce it.
Long story short, she needs to either make this right or she's going to expect some craziness to continue for Kunark, Velious, Luclin and most of PoP. As an aside, I gave her my one and only chance of trying to bring the community together. If she fails to listen, I'm done trying to communicate with them.

Honestly Thraka there's a door #3 too (I hadn't thought of the bad at math angle - I'd neglected that one) - that they just don't want to get behind anything TL try's to propose.
And yea, I think instancing has gotta be officially on the back burner to be enacted when they can fit it in at this point (I'd put money on harbingers being turned on a few weeks into Kunark since they're already done) - I just don't see how they look at how impossible Apok/ROE are making it to make an inclusive rotation (rather than exclusive barring that "bribe" they fit in) and not realize that come Kunark it's going to fall apart over some debates [How much you bet they want ZERO FFA window or anything else to maximize the speed the expansion is finished?] - and then each proceeding expansion. [Lobbying for the rotation to get unreasonably large with Velious+ - So many mobs to count/ignore and so many ways to split them down]
Unless they are seriously thinking the "no box" server will drag enough people away to effectively be a reprieve. But honestly, I've not spoken to a person yet willing to switch - and only a few willing to make the "no box" a secondary server to blow extra time on.

I just don't see a "no box" server doing that well. I'm sure it will get some, but I don't see it sustaining itself. I can't believe they would try to spread their audience out even more, EQ is the one game where you need a healthy server population. Unless they are just blinded by the hopes of another wave of krono sells(like EQ2).
All I know, I see myself playing a mage/necro there just for the first weeks to farm krono when its cheap and use it elsewhere.

You guys don't think they can find 2,000 casual players to move over to a "no box" server? People love restarts and shit, I wouldn't be surprised if it took over the majority of the population from Rage & Lockjaw. I mean I have no concrete evidence for this at all, but it seems like most people hate the whole mage army wall bullshit. Shit half the people here are only boxing as much as they are, because they have to (so it seems).

VMWare has been quoted as being an instant ban by Roshen regardless of what you're doing with it - not sure about other VM options.
Guildee was having a bit of a rant about that pre-launch since his work requires VMWare meaning he's gotta drag a laptop w/o to his office to play safely.
